The trailer suggests Monteith's character is likely innocent of the suspected crime. One character warns the irritable McCanick "he's done bad things but he is not a killer", whilst the detective retorts "you don't know him as well as you think." This could be a red herring in itself, but we shall have to wait and see!

'Glee' star Lea Michele has taken to Twitter for the first time since the death of her boyfriend and co-star Cory Monteith.
If fans and co-stars were devastated by the news of the death of Glee actor Cory Monteith, AKA Finn Hudson, after a confirmed drugs overdose, it's hard to imagine how his girlfriend and long-term friend Lea Michele could be feeling. Monteith was found dead on 13th July after he failed to check out of a Vancouver hotel room after a night out with friends. Although an initial autopsy doubted substance abuse, a following toxicology report confirmed his death was a result of a deadly cocktail of heroin and alcohol.

Monteith's death came out of the blue and, despite entering and leaving rehab to get clean earlier this year, it seems drugs got the better of the talented actor and singer. He and Michele had been dating for a year in a romance that mirrored the on-screen love of their characters.
Cory Monteith's autopsy confirms that the actor struggled with substance abuse.
Cory Monteith, the Canadian actor best known for playing Finn Hudson on Fox's hit television show Glee, died from a heroin and alcohol overdose, according to a coroner's report. Initially, police in Vancouver said it was unlikely that the tragic death was the result of substance abuse, though the evidence suggests otherwise.
The British Columbia Coroner's Service confirmed the actor's cause of death late on Tuesday (July 16, 2013) after conducting an autopsy and toxicology test. A statement said: "There is no evidence at this time to suggest Monteith's death was anything other than a most tragic accident."
An article by entertainment gossip site TMZ.com this week suggested Monteith - who dated Glee co-star Lea Michele - lived a 'double life' between Los Angeles and Vancouver. Sources tell the site that Cory "became a drug addict with a serious drinking problem" when he returned to his native Canada, hanging "out with many of the friends who helped fuel his addiction."

Prime Glee hunk Mark Salling who played Noah 'Puck' Puckerman in the hit show about school kids singing has been accused by an alleged ex-girlfriend of forcing her to have sex with him without using a condom, TMZ reported. His publicist has since denied the allegations on his behalf.
The story goes that Roxanne Gorzela began dating Salling in September 2010. They had sex but only with a condom, at her insistence. Several months later, just before she was heading to Canada for a trip, "things got hot and heavy" but when she told him 'no' because they didn't have a condom, he continued anyway.
Once she got back from the trip she was suffering with emotional unrest about the incident and was fearing for her health. She went over to speak to him about it, but found him in bed with another girl. When she questioned him about whether or not he was 'clean', he pushed her to the ground. She filed a police report the same day.
