The Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous hitmakers, fronted by twins Benji and Joel Madden, decided to part ways in 2011 to take a break from their busy work schedules.

Benji told RollingStone.com at the time, "We're stepping away from the grind of making records and touring for a minute, just to have fun and be creative like we were when we were 15."

On Tuesday (03Nov15), the band updated their official website with a new group photo, along with the hashtag "#WelcomeBackGC".

Good Charlotte, which also includes members Paul Thomas, Billy Martin, and Dean Butterworth, have yet to reveal any further details of their return.

The band's last studio album, Cardiology, was released in 2010.

During their downtime, the twins fronted their own duo, The Madden Brothers, releasing an album last September (14), and they also worked with artists such as 5 Seconds of Summer, helping the Australian pop stars co-write their new number one album, Sounds Good, Feels Good.
