Editors at TMZ.com report the stars, who filed for divorce in August (15), will get joint custody of their sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo, but the Bush frontman will look after the youngsters for the majority of the time due to Gwen's busy schedule.

It was also reported that the pair had no prenuptial agreement in place, but they have reached a deal on the division of their assets, and the judge presiding over the case will finalise the divorce by the end of the year (15).

A representative for Gwen and Gavin has not yet commented on the report.

The No Doubt star cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce petition, which came after 13 years of marriage to the British rocker.

A statement released at the time of the divorce announcement stated: "While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment. To that end, we respectfully request privacy from the media during this time."

The stars wed in 2002 and welcomed their first son, Kingston, in 2006. Zuma was born in 2008 and their third boy, Apollo, arrived in February, 2014.

In 2004, it emerged that Gavin had previously fathered a daughter, model Daisy Lowe, with Powder star Pearl Lowe.
