Gwyneth Paltrow’s controversial lifestyle website Goop might really have put its foot in it now, after an ex-NASA scientist took it upon himself to tear down the dubious beneficial health claims the star’s site made about Body Vibes stickers that “promote healing”.

Many have loved attacking Goop over the years over its highly questionable health tips and pseudo-scientific claims, but now the site has been forced to remove claims it made over ‘Body Vibes stickers’, specifically that they were based on NASA technology and could “rebalance the energy frequency in our bodies” if worn on the arm or near the heart.

Actress-turned-lifestyle guru Gwyneth Paltrow has opened up about the ups and downs in her life, including her divorce from ex-husband Chris Martin, in a candid new interview.

The 44 year old, who split from the Coldplay frontman after more than a decade of marriage back in March 2014 and coined the notorious “conscious uncoupling” phrase, is often accused of being out of touch, and her Goop wellness/lifestyle newsletter has frequently been the object of derision in the press.

However, Paltrow addressed this perception of her in a new interview with The Edit, saying that she’s the first to admit that she’s led a charmed life, but it hasn’t been all good.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle website Goop has, for a long time now, been one of the most mocked and inherently ridiculous things done in the name of celebrity.

Now, she’s raised eyebrows among even the most dedicated fans of her blog by publishing an entire article about anal sex and other bedroom pursuits in the latest issue of her newsletter, called The Sex Issue, which she published on Thursday (March 23rd).

In it, the 44 year old mother-of-two not only discusses sex toys and pornography, but also includes an entire piece on anal sex, in which she consults an expert and compiles a pretty comprehensive guide to the often taboo sexual act.

Their now-infamous ‘conscious uncoupling’ happened over two years ago now and officially divorced as of July 2016, but Gwyneth Paltrow says that she and ex-husband Chris Martin still care very much about each other.

Speaking to InStyle magazine for its February edition, in which she graces the cover, the 44 year old actress and website owner spoke about how she and the Coldplay frontman co-operate and get on well in order to raise their two children, daughter Apple (12) and son Moses (10).

“To this day, Chris would take a bullet for me, even though I'm not his wife,” she said. “I honestly think Chris and I have contributed something positive to the culture of divorce.”

The Federal Bureau of Investigation in America has reportedly decided to not investigate the child abuse accusations levelled against Brad Pitt – and said that the investigation was never opened in the first place because there was no case to answer.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that “the matter should never have even been referred to the agency”, regarding the accusations that Pitt had verbally and physically abused his son on board a private jet last month.

The 52 year old Hollywood A-lister, who is in the process of divorcing Angelina Jolie after she filed court papers just over a fortnight ago, was accused of “screaming” and “ranting” at the couple’s six children during a flight from France to the US earlier this year.

A man accused of stalking Gwyneth Paltrow has been found not guilty of all charges by a jury in a court in Los Angeles, despite the actress herself testifying that dozens of unsolicited messages had made references to marriage and her death.

66 year old Dante Soiu, of Cleveland, Ohio, admitted in court that he had sent Paltrow a total of 66 letters and packages between 2009 and 2015, but said that they were by way of apology for sending pornographic messages to her between 1999 and 2000. After that incident, he was put on trial and then committed to a psychiatric facility after being found not guilty by reason of insanity.

Gwyneth Paltrow has told a Los Angeles court that she feared for her family’s safety after receiving dozens of letters from a man accused of stalking her for the last 17 years, various reports in the media are saying.

The Oscar-winning actress claims that Dante Michael Soiu, 67, has been sending disturbing letters ranging from “religious to pornographic to threatening” since 1999, but the case being heard by the court concerns letters sent from 2009 to 2015. Paltrow says that Soiu has sent her more than 70 messages, some of which discussed her death, as well as other items such as jewellery, clothes, and a cookbook.

Chris Martin is a man saved; by music, that is. The Coldplay musician has endured a tough year plastered over the tabloids with his recently divorced ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow, propelled by the unforgivably grating 2014 buzzphrase, "conscious uncoupling."

We’re veering away from thinking that Gwyneth Paltrow is pretentious towards thinking she’s just outright bonkers. Hosted by Vogue magazine, the event is attended by the fashion elite who each year must comply to the ball’s ‘theme’.

Last year the theme was punk, which saw stars like Miley Cyrus rocking up in a floor net fishnet gown with spiked platinum blonde hair. It has been over a week since Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris martin's 'Unconscious Uncoupling' announcement was made, but they are still reportedly close. The 41 year-old actress and the 37 year-old Coldplay frontman, who share two children together, separated after being married for ten years.

Paltrow announced the end of her marriage in a post on her lifestyle website

They are still friendly because, according to People Magazine, the pair have been "on and off" for quite some time and an official separation has been expected for a while now.

Graydon Carter, the editor of Vanity Fair, has lifted the lid on a monumental feud between his magazine and the actress Gwyneth Paltrow. According to Carter, issues arose when Paltrow threatened to boycott the magazine to prevent them from releasing an "epic take-down" piece that would have reportedly been image-damaging for the Iron Man star.

Vanity Fair editor-in-chief Graydon Carter has confirmed that his magazine is set to publishing a blockbuster takedown of actress Gwyneth Paltrow. 

"We started a story on her," he told The Times in an interview published this weekend. "We have a very good writer and it'll run."

The Margin Call actress had previously emailed friends warning them not to cooperate with the author of the piece - which apparently reveals the 'true' Paltrow - though Carter and his writer appear to have more than enough information to run the piece. In fact, the actress's tantrum has made him even more determined to run the article, saying, "Well, she sort of forced my hand."

Louis C.K. is a man who has yet to be won over by the 'benefits' of modern-day, tech-friendly living. The comic appeared on Conan to discuss his disdain towards a tech-friendly lifestyle, taking aim in particular to smartphones and their negative affect on kids.

"I think these things are toxic, especially for kids," he told host Conan O'Brien on Thursday's (19 Sept.) show. "They don't look at people when they talk to them and they don't build empathy. You know, kids are mean, and it's 'cause they're trying it out. They look at a kid and they go, 'you're fat,' and then they see the kid's face scrunch up and they go, 'oh, that doesn't feel good to make a person do that.' But they got to start with doing the mean thing. But when they write 'you're fat,' then they just go, 'mmm, that was fun, I like that."

After rumours had circulated that Robert Downey Jr. wouldn't be involved in any more Avengers films due to contract issues, an announcement was made on Marvel's website this week that put our collective minds at ease. It read: "Marvel is pleased to announce the signing of Robert Downey, Jr. to reprise the role of the 'billionaire, genius, playboy, philanthropist.'"

The 48 year-old actor has signed a two-picture deal that will see him don the red and gold suit as least two more times in the Avengers films. Downey's co-star in the films, Gwyneth Paltrow, who plays love interest Pepper Potts explained how it just wouldn't be right for anyone else to take over from Downey Jr. in the franchise: "Personally, I think it would be very hard for someone to step into Iron Man, because it is so Robert."

The success of the first film could have been a deciding factor for the Manhattan-born actor after reportedly earning $50 million (£33m) from the first Avengers film alone. According to Marvel, the first of the Avengers films - 2012's Avengers Assemble - and this year's Iron Man 3 are ranked currently in the top five highest grossing films to date, with collective worldwide earnings of over $2.7 billion (£1.7bn).

Gwyneth Paltrow says she is planning to open a healthy eating restaurant in London to bring some of her Californian cooking to UK shores. The Hollywood actress, currently starring as Pepper Potts in Iron Man 3, unveiled her business plan after trying out her techniques on husband Chris Martin, of British rockers Coldplay.

"I would make a Californian pop-up restaurant in London with all the healthy salads from the book and tuna burgers, salmon burgers and tacos," the Metro quoted her as saying. "He was focused on eating well to prepare for the tour, so I started developing these recipes. Nothing processed and nothing toxic, but still delicious. And that's how the book came about. It came out of a need in a very organic way."

The blonde actress recently came under fire after it emerged that she had banned her children, Apple, 9, and Moses, 7, from eating carbs, though she explains it isn't as draconian as many people assume, saying, "Sometimes the kids want a cookie and that's fine. But my son has eczema and gluten is really irritating to his skin, so when I can, I'll do quinoa pasta or risotto with brown rice, and I notice such a difference in all my family's health and mood and skin."

Cher stopped by Ellen yesterday to have for a chat about her life, her career and her son Chaz. Not before a quick outfit change for Ellen though, as it turned out she and Cher were wearing the same thing! Ok, they weren’t really, the whole thing was a gag by Ellen to tease her iconic guest’s appearance. On the day before, the talk show host tweeted a digitally altered image of Cher’s body in her infamous sequined bodysuit, but with Ellen’s head, instead of her own, The Daily Mail reports. Ah, the magic of image-altering software! The sailor hat was a nice touch as well.

The gags were set aside during Cher’s actual visit though, as she, her 86-year-old mother 86-year-old mother Georgia Holt and her 61-year-old half-sister Georganne LaPiere talked to Ellen about the coming out story of Cher’s son, Chaz Bono. Apparently Chaz didn’t go the traditional route and instead came out to his grandmother first, with Cher being the last one to find out that her son was gay.

'That's a big deal to come out to the grandmother,' DeGeneres said.

Gwyneth Paltrow has taken the crown from Beyonce as People’s most most beautiful woman of 2013. It’s the fourth time the 40-year-old actress has been featured in the special “Most Beautiful People” issue of the magazine, but she takes the top spot for the very first time. Paltrow, who is a mother of two, claims it is all due to her five-day-a-week workout regimen and her commitment to staying healthy.

"It makes me look younger and feel strong," Paltrow told the magazine. "When I first started, I thought, 'I'll never be good at this. This is a nightmare!' But now it's like brushing my teeth, I just do it."

This news comes right before the release of Iron Man 3, in which Paltrow reprises her role as Pepper Potts – a character, who is meant to be not only younger than her, but also quite active. The role looks to be physically demanding, so whatever Paltrow is doing, it’s obviously working.

Actress Kate Hudson attended the Tiffany & Co. Blue Book Ball in New York City yesterday. Hudson wore a blue strapless Reem Acra number, and hung out with pals Sarah Jessica Parker and Gwyneth Paltrow. At the bash, Hudson also talked plans about her 34th birthday celebration. The actress explained for Us Weekly that she’d prefer a small gathering at home with close friends: "I think I might have a dinner at some point this week," Hudson said of her low-key plans. "I just want to hang with my family."

She also predicted the gift she might receive from her 9-year-old son, Ryder – it might be jewelry, but a far cry from a glitzy Tiffany piece: "Ryder makes things, so he's made me this beautiful tree out of sticks, and he took shells and painted them and made them the leaves of the tree. He's quite an artist, so he made me and painted butterflies and gave them to me," she said of past presents. "And he likes to make me jewelry. He's made me some bracelets that are just adorable!"

Kate has been keeping it casual around her boys, but she glammed up for the ball last night.

Now, we all know that Gwyneth Paltrow is a good mother. We know this because she waxes lyrical about not feeding her children terribly nasty things like carbohydrates and such like and she writes books about her fastidious approach to feeding her sprogs. We also know this because she names her children after really healthy things, like Apples. However, in her latest interview with the Evening Standard, Gwyneth went to great lengths to explain that she is also a “bad mutha,” when she pleases.

Gwyneth explained that she takes the opportunity, when hubby Chris Martin (of Coldplay) is out of the house, to crank up the hip-hop and says she’s a dab-hand at rapping along with the genre’s finest. Chris prefers to cook in silence, it seems but that’s not Paltrow’s way. No sir. ““He can’t have background music on: it has to be 100 per cent of his attention. But if he isn’t at home, I turn on the hip-hop — I’m like a bad mutha rapping along to every word as I cook.” We’re struggling to imagine Gwynnie churning out verses like a gangster, so we’re just going to take her word for it, in the apparent absence of any YouTube proof.

Paltrow has just published a new cookbook entitled It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great. She makes it sound so easy (we’re not convinced).

"There were a few issues; I still love the dress itself but I should have worn a bra and I should have just had simple beachy hair and less makeup,” she admitted to Glamour. “Then, it would have worked as I wanted it to - a little bit of punk at the Oscars." Still, she learnt from those mistakes, and hasn’t really put a put wrong at any awards ceremonies since. "I have to say that since I started working with stylist Elizabeth Saltzman and have put my red carpet looks in her hands, I think they are all pretty maje," said Gwyneth.

Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed how she would love to have another child, though fears she may be too old at 40. In the latest issue of InStyle magazine, Paltrow told good friend Diane Von Furstenberg, "My brain says, 'Oh I think I'm done, the kids are big now and I don't want to go back to changing diapers.' But a part of me would love to have another. Of course, I'm old now!"

Paltrow certainly looks younger than her years in the accompanying photo-shoot, wearing a pink Atelier Versace dress and a black Armani gown, amongst others. She already has two children with husband Chris Martin, Apple and Moses. She recalled, "When Apple was born she had the hugest blue eyes. I looked into them and she was looking at me, and I felt like, 'You are here to teach me everything.'After Moses was born, I had postpartum depression. It was a difficult time and because of that I believe I have an extra empathy for him and he for me." The Oscar winner - who has been married to the Coldplay frontman for nine years - also discussed their often tempestuous relationship, saying, "Artists are sensitive; there are ups and downs, mood-wise. Musicians need a certain gravitas and focus in order to write." So she's basically saying Martin is one moody husband, right?

Paltrow is currently shooting the Pablo Picasso biopic 33 Dias, with Antonio Banderas and Oscar Jaenada.

Chelsea Handler returned with the season premiere of her new late night talk show 'Chelsea Lately' on Monday evening (October 15, 2012), calling in a couple of favors to give the programme an added boost.

Handler dipped into her bulging book of celebrity contacts, recruiting Gwyneth Paltrow and Cameron Diaz to rap, Jennifer Aniston to cry about her recent engagement to Justin Theroux, and Sandra Bullock to strip in the staff showers. Yep, you heard us correctly. In a skit for the show, Bullock and Handler were shown road-toasting the studio's new facilities though the Oscar winning actress had a little advice for the talk show host. After telling her friend to stop calling herself the "white Oprah", Bullock said, "You have a responsibility to be a respectable talk show host. This comes directly from Oprah's mouth to my ear, to my mouth, out of my mouth, into your ear, down your body, out your vagina, up my vagina and out my ass." Nice. The actress also told Handler to stop sleeping with her guests, to which the host guiltily replied, "I don't sleep with that many anymore... just some of the rappers."

Handler's ability to land regular A-listers for 'Chelsea Lately' will be a huge advantage for the E! network as the show begins its new season. Catch it every Monday, at 11pm.

Actresses Gwyneth Paltrow and Cameron Diaz tried their hand at rapping in honour of fellow Hollywood blonde Chelsea Handler. The ladies slammed their friend for her sex life and drinking habits, though it was all done in good humor. While the rap did little for Diaz and Paltrow’s street cred, it was obvious that the actresses do not take themselves too seriously and enjoy a challenge once in a while. Diaz took on the part of a beat-boxer, while Paltrow was spitting lyrics like "You like black guys, white guys, whoever's around. Your bedroom looks like it's a lost and found. We kind of like you because you're blonde like us, but we can't hang with you in public 'cause you drink too much."

Though the starlets themselves are no strangers to heavy partying, the rap hints at some truths around Handler’s party history and contains lines like “Yo, Chelsea. We heard that you got a brand new studio. But we know that you got on TV by being a ho.”

The comedienne is far from just a party girl, however, having built an extremely successful career as an entertainer and TV presenter. At 37, she has performed as a stand-up comedian, acted in numerous works in TV and cinema, and is hosting her own talk show, Chelsea Lately. The 5th season of the show is set to air this autumn on the E! Network in the USA and re-runs of the show are broadcast on E! in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Coldplay will not be playing their live favourite, 'Green Eyes', as frontman Chris Martin wrote it about a previous love and now it offends his current girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow. Martin and Paltrow have been dating since 2002, so now the track about a former girlfriend has been replaced with the newer song 'Moses', which Martin has written specially for his 'Se7en' star girlfriend.

While giving a concert in Australia on Wednesday 16th July 2003, and had to explain to the 150 people attending all about his decision to drop 'Green Eyes' from their live set list.
