Harrison Ford wants to reprise his role as INDIANA JONES.

The 71-year-old actor has starred in four of the adventure films in which he dons a fedora and leather jacket as the archaeology professor, and Harrison says he wouldn't say no to bringing the character back for a final outing.

He told French television channel TF1 TV: ''I would love to make another Indiana Jones film ... It would be great to return to the character, even at my age!

''I would certainly be happy to play Indiana Jones one more time. I don't have the hat and the whip, but I know where I can find them!''

Harrison last appeared as 'Indy' in 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' in 2008.

Harrison - who is married to actress Calista Flockhart, will reportedly be returning as another iconic character, Hans Solo, in 'Star Wars Episode VII' next year although he has neither confirmed nor denied the rumours.

He has admitted, however, that he doesn't like to be in the limelight unless he is promoting his work.

He told TF1: ''I make myself available when I'm working on something, but otherwise I stay at home! I really don't want the cameras to be on me otherwise.

I don't want people to get bored of me because I want to keep making movies that I believe in.''
