Hayden Panettiere has battled with post-natal depression.

The 'Nashville' actress, 26, has admitted she had mixed feelings after she gave birth to her little girl Kaya - her first child with fiancé Wladamir Klitschko - nine months ago.

She said: ''I suffered a but of postpartum depression. You're not alone or crazy, ladies!''

But the blonde beauty, who gained 43 pounds during her pregnancy, had a lot of support to help her move forward.

She added: ''Without planning it, my best friend and I had babies six months apart! Dream come true.''

Meanwhile, Hayden admits she and her beau Wladamir, who first began dating in 2009 before calling time on their romance two years later and rekindling in 2013, had never heard of each other before they met for the first time.

She said: ''Wlad and I met at the launch of a charity coffee-table book. I had no idea who he was and vice versa.''

Hayden, who is a petite 5ft 1'', has no doubt her daughter will take after the Russian boxer, who is 6ft 6'', and be taller than her when she is older.

She told Us Weekly magazine: ''My daughter is in the 88th percentile for height, no thanks to me!''
