Heidi Klum is happy to keep a little bit of weight on as being too skinny causes lots of wrinkles.
Heidi Klum doesn't want to get too skinny as she's worried she'll look old.
The 37-year-old beauty - who raises four children with husband Seal - says she is keen to carry a little extra weight as she knows that being too slim can leave you looking gaunt.
She said: "My tip is, don't be too thin! It is always better to have a little meat on your bones. When you are just muscle, you end up being gaunt in the face, and that makes you look older by five or 10 years."
While the German supermodel is conscious of looking old, she insists she doesn't let it take over her life and has no plans to get Botox in bid to stop the ageing process.
She said: "I don't have anxiety about it, so I'm not running to get Botox. Maybe that will change, but I don't think so. I feel comfortable in my skin and comfortable with aging, so I think it's okay that I get wrinkles."
Although she isn't that concerned about ageing, Heidi recently revealed she is insecure but didn't think her concerns are anything out of the ordinary.
She said: "We all have the same issues. Every woman. It's thighs, butt, arms, muffintops. All those fun things, we all have the same issues."
