The former Coronation Street star took to Instagram.com on Tuesday (30Jun15) to introduce their baby girl Matilda Jessica Sinclair in a series of pictures from the hospital.

In the captions, the actress writes, "My everything", "The man I love and our world" and "my beautiful little girl".

Flanagan, 24, and Sinclair have been dating for more than six years.
