| The Audience is the third single to be lifted from Herberts astonishing current album Bodily Functions. Like the rest of the album, this single also consists of sound samples taken from various run-ins with the body. It makes for interesting listening. Vocals are provided by the silken tonsil-ed Dani Siciliano who croons over a pleasing blend of jazz keyboards, bodily beats and snares. Remixers such as Jamie Lidell and Plaid provide complete and very convincing overhauls, respectively introducing a touch of Motown (which should boost movement on any dancefloor), and disjointed electronica. |
