Hilary Duff has ruled out an ice hockey career for her unborn baby - because she can't stomach the idea of her son coming home with stitches.
The actress/singer, who is married to hockey player Mike Comrie, admits it was tough watching her then-boyfriend getting beat up on the ice when the couple first started dating and she has sworn not to let her first-born take up the sport.
She tells HollyScoop.com, "When I first started seeing Mike, he would come home with five stitches on his face... and I would be like, 'Oh my God, what is this?'
"The idea of that happening to my baby... (There will be) no hockey."
Meanwhile, Duff admits she and Comrie have two names picked out for the baby, but they're waiting to see him before deciding which one to choose.
