Duff confirmed she was using Tinder last month whilst appearing on Valentine in the Morning on L.A.'s 104.3 FM. Her appearance on the radio show acts as the opening for the video whilst other footage further explains the media attention surrounding her love life, showing a news which showed her Tinder profile on Reddit.

On the radio show she explained how her friends had set her up on the site over dinner one night and footage of this cuts in. Duff and her friends are seen carefully selecting her profile picture and swiping through the possibilities.

Later on in the video, cutting in between the shots of Duff dancing with two backing dancers, are behind the scenes glances at two of her Tinder dates. On her first ever Tinder date, which she discussed whilst appearing on Valentine in the Morning, she went bowling. The date was more casual as her date and his friend joined Duff and her former Lizzie McGuire co-stars at a bowling alley.
