'This Morning' Viewers Baffled By Holly Willoughby Cuddling Animatronic Panda

Holly Willoughby Phillip Schofield

A bizarre segment on ‘This Morning’ involving Holly Willoughby and a family of animatronic pandas left viewers rather freaked out and bemused.

On Thursday's episode (March 24th), Holly and her co-presenter Phillip Schofield explained that the robotic pandas were the first of their kind in the United Kingdom, and were part of an attraction opening over the Easter weekend at Chessington World of Adventures.

The 35 year old presenter held the baby of the panda family, which moved its head about and was so life-like that many onlookers were convinced it was real at first, having just tuned in and missed the explanation.

On Tuesday evening (March 1st), 35 year old Willoughby attended a reception for the charity Together 4 Short Lives, when the zip on the red dress she was wearing split from top to bottom down the back. Though she had a black undergarment on, it wasn’t quite enough to cover everything…

Holly shared the amusing photograph the next day with her followers on Instagram, strategically placing a red speech bubble to protect her modesty, and the incident found its way to the entertainment sections of news publications within a few hours.

Is Holly Willoughby The Most Emotional TV Presenter Ever?

Holly Willoughby

Holly Willoughby is well known for getting emotional on TV, and working on a show like 'This Morning', it's hard not to get a little teary-eyed sometimes. A lot of heart-wrenching stories pass through the show daily, and the latest one is about a 13-year-old carer who certainly did not fail to make the presenter well up.

Producers on the show decided teenager Amy deserved some recognition for selflessly sacrificing her free time to look after her epileptic and deaf 2-year-old sister, as well as her diabetic and autistic 17-year-old brother, AND her mother Susan who suffers from aneurysms and has been in and out of hospital since Amy was just 7-years-old. So, in honour of Young Carers Awareness Day, she was awarded with a gift collection including books, an iPad and singing lessons after being phoned up at school by Willoughby and her 'This Morning' partner Phillip Schofield.

It was like something out of Game of Thrones; suddenly, everyone was gone. But while The Voice has lost many of its key players, the latest: Reggie Yates and Holly Willoughby, The BBC have already started rebuilding from the bottom up, with Marvin Humes coming in as host alongside Emma Willis.

“Marvin’s nervous but excited,’ a source explained to The Sun. “He’s got a few months to brush up on his presenting skills before the live shows, but he’ll go straight into the recorded rounds very soon. Bosses reckon he and Emma will have great chemistry.”

Early suggestions were that Willis’ husband, Matt, would be the one to replace Yates, forming a husband and wife partnership for the show, but alas, that never materialised.

Complaints For Holly Willoughby's Dress In 'The Voice' Final: Beeb Apologises For Boob-Baring Outfit

Holly Willoughby Simon Cowell Rihanna Christina Aguilera

TV host Holly Willoughby, who has previously earned herself the nickname 'Holly Willoughbooby' for wearing clothing that flashes off her rather er...ample cleavage, drew attention to herself yet again on Saturday's (22 June) final of BBC singing talent contest The Voice.

The 2.5 hour show saw Northern Irish Andrea Begley sing her way to victory, but Holly's outfit gave the partially-sighted 27 year-old a run for her money in the publicity stakes, according to The Independent.

The gown in question was a Gucci black silk floor length piece from their 2012 collection, featuring floral lace embellishments and cascading Swarovski crystals to create a rather deep V down the chest - the latter aspect created quite a stir amongst viewers.

Holly Willoughby Smokes A Crafty Cigarette And Sips Wine With Francis Boulle During Dinner Date

Holly Willoughby Francis Boulle

The golden girl of UK television might not be so picture perfect after all (she is, we've all seen her) after she was spotted smoking a cigarette of all things whilst out on a dinner date with Made In Chelsea's Francis Boulle. The couple weren't on a date or anything, what with Holly being married and Francis being celibate (as you do), but just enjoying the lovely English weather and a nice glass of vino at a London restaurant.

The This Morning co-host has admitted her adoration for the mind-numbing 'fake-reality' show and also shared her love of Boulle, her favourite character on the hit E4 series. The presenter was treated to a surprise meet and greet with her telly hero by her This Morning team, with Holly Tweeting an almost decipherable message showing just how excited she was by the whole occasion. She wrote, Believe! It's happened... me and Francis Boulle xxx."

The super fan was only treated to the impromptu meeting, but was given the ultimate fan-gift when Boulle offered to take her around town and to one of London's swankiest eateries. The two sat outside drinking wine - white for Holly and red for Francis (just so you remember when you next have them around for tea) - and smoked a few fags whilst they talked about who knows what. Maybe they were planning a guest appearance for Holly on the show, or something exciting.

Congrats From BFF Holly Willoughby As Fearne Cotton Gives Birth To Baby Boy Rex

Fearne Cotton Holly Willoughby

Fearne Cotton gave birth to her first baby in the early hours of this morning (February 21, 2013). The BBC Radio One presenter is celebrating the arrival of Rex Rayne Wood into the world, along with her boyfriend Jesse Wood. On Twitter, Fearne posted a message to say that she and Jesse were “beyond in love” to announce the arrival of their new baby son.

Jesse and Fearne have been dating since July 2011; he’s the son of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood and she’s one of the key presenters in Radio One’s daytime schedule. She announced her pregnancy in August 2012. Her pal Holly Willoughby was amongst the first to congratulate her fellow Celebrity Juice star, tweeting “Hooray! @Fearnecotton congratulations on baby Rex!!!!! Can not wait to meet your little man….love you! Xxx” Meanwhile Leigh Francis (aka Keith Lemon) told her “You’re gonna be an ace mum. Lotsa love. Congrats t’ ya both, all 3 of you! All of us hurrrraaah!" The official Twitter page for Celebrity Juice took the comedy approach and tweeted “Big congratulations to ‪@Fearnecotton on giving birth to a dinosaur. Love you loads x” We’re assuming that’s a ply on the name Rex, there, in case you were wondering…

It’s a big year for celebrity babies, what with Kate Middleton and Kim Kardashian both expecting to give birth in a few months. Fergie of Black Eyed Peas has also announced that she’s expecting her first child, with boyfriend Josh Duhamel, too.

Fame Daddy's Sperm Donor Hoax Was Promo For Channel 4 Comedy

Holly Willoughby

The 'website' Fame Daddy and the recent bit of exposure it has received in both The Sun and The Telegraph as well as on ITV's This Morning, has not only proved to be a hoax but also a promotional campaign for an upcoming comedy show due to air on Channel 4.

The 'boss' of the organisation - a sperm clinic that only stocks the seeds of the rich and famous - Dan Richards appeared on This Morning on Tuesday (Oct 16) to explain to hosts Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield the idea behind the organisation and how individuals and couples could buy sperm belonging to big name celebrities including professional athletes, Oscar-winning actors and rock stars. Today (Oct 19), the channel issued an apology for it's mistake in thinking that it was in fact a real organisation and no doubt rued the fact that it had handed a rival TV station a valuable chunk of exposure for free.

The full details for Fame Daddy - the TV show - have not been revealed yet, however the show is currently putting together a number of promotional videos to go with the recent press exposure it has been given. This includes a Twitter account, which has admitted to the site being a hoax now, and a video clip recently uploaded to YouTube (on Oct 18) that has clearly been done for comedic value.

Holly Willoughby, Philip Schofield Fall For 'Celebrity Sperm Bank' Hoax

Holly Willoughby

Daytime television This Morning has been duped into dedicating a segment of its show to a new celebrity sperm back called Fame Daddy, which turned out to be a fake. Dan Richards, the supposed 'chief operating officer' of the firm appeared on the ITV breakfast show on Tuesday (October 16, 2012) to speak with hosts Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield.

Richards claimed that Fame Daddy provide sperm donations from big name celebrities, including ex-premiership footballers, rock stars, Oscar winning actors, athletes and racing drivers. The company's website carries the description, "The world's first celebrity sperm donor service", claiming to offer "individuals and couples the celebrity semen of their choice." Today, an ITV spokeswoman confirmed that Mr Richards turned out to be "an actor working for a TV production company" and apologized to viewers who had been "deliberately misled by this stunt." She said those behind the stunt "clearly went to great lengths to pull the wool over the eyes of the program and our audience," though failed to explain how ITV had been so easily duped by such a ridiculous hoax.

Willoughby and Schofield told viewers that alarm bells started to ring when Mr Richards was on air. "There is no doubt it was an incredible tale," Schofield said, with his co-host adding, "There was something not quite right, it was so unbelievable."
