Hugh Hefner has already seen his son arrested for domestic violence against a playmate this week, but now the Playboy magnate has learned that very playmate, Claire Sinclair, has obtained a restraining order against Marston - throwing the legendary brand in disrepute.
According to Tmz.com, Claire was granted a 3-day stay away order against Marston by cops at the Pasadena Police Department after she was interviewed in relation to her boyfriend's arrest. According to the entertainment website, he allegedly beat her up during a heated argument and is now being forced to move his possessions out of their place together. Claire says she has secured a 3-day restraining order and could go to court to extend it further. The playmate says she immediately called Hugh after the violent incident, who expressed sympathy and claimed he was "disappointed by the situation". The story first broke earlier this week, when Marston was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence - police had responded to a 911 call from Sinclair's family and authorities arrived to find the model had several injuries on her body. Marston, who has been dating Claire on-and-off since August 2010, admitting the pair had gotten into an argument but denied hitting her. He has been released on $20,000 bail.
Marston is Hugh's son from his marriage to the former Playmate of the Year Kimberley Conrad. He also had a twin brother, Cooper Bradford.
