Hulk Hogan is suing the makers of an American breakfast cereal, accusing bosses of using his image in their Cocoa Pebbles commercials without his consent.
The celebrity wrestler has filed suit against Post Foods executives over their Cocoa Smashdown TV ads, in which an animated character resembling Hogan defeats Fred Flintstone in the ring - only to be beaten by The Flintstones infant character Bamm-Bamm Rubble.
The lawsuit alleges Hogan "is shown humiliated and cracked into pieces with broken teeth, with the closing banner, 'Little Pieces... Big Taste!'"
Hogan, who is now selling his own Hulkster food products, claims he has been harmed by "the unauthorised and degrading depictions in the Cocoa Smashdown advertisements", reports TBO.com.
