Elyjah Marrow, 20, was arrested in June last year (14) for allegedly shooting Daryus Johnson, 19, while handling a stolen firearm at a property in Marietta, Georgia. Johnson was later pronounced dead in hospital.

Marrow was indicted on 4 June (15) on a variety of charges including involuntary manslaughter, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, theft by receiving stolen property, and reckless conduct, according to the Cobb Country District Attorney's Office.

Marrow was also slapped with drug counts including possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

He has been released on bail.
