Jack Nicholson once experimented with a life of nudity in a bid to liberate himself.
The three times OSCAR-winner decided to discard his clothes permanently to help him shed his inhibitions.
Writing in the 50th anniversary issue of Playboy magazine, Nicholson says, "I once decided that I would get over being self-conscious about nudity, so I did an experiment. I lived in my house as a nudist. Once I decide to do something, I don't do it partially, so when I did this, I was nude no matter who came by.
"Roger Corman (producer pal) came by and didn't like it much. My daughter understandably didn't like it. Harry Dean Stanton loved it. He couldn't wait to come over and be nude."
