James,Having had a husband who served in the Vietnam war, I can relate to your lyrics. He passed away 13 years ago at the age of 44. I always felt that he lived to die. The only comment he ever had about his tour was that at the age of 19 he had experienced every emotion at it's peak and that there was not much to look forward to. He said that he would never again be as scared, happy, sad, glad, horrified, elated, etc. They all peaked at such a young age. He died of a massive heart attack even before they started to acknowledge the vets of Vietnam as heroes. It was a senseless war, but he did what he was asked to do for what he thought was for his country. It ruined his life. When I listen to your music I think of him and realize that you have touched on what he must have felt, but kept inside. I hope that he is at peace now. We have two sons, 31 and 22 and I don't know how to explain his pain to them except through your words. Thank you for that and I hope that bringing your pain to music is healing for you.God speed,Judy

James! OMG! I love your music, and think you have an amazing voice. My boyfriend and i recently broke up, or he broke up with me, and your music was all that could get me through. It was very difficult, because YOUR SONG, "Your Beautiful" was our favorite song, but i will love it forever! hi,i think james blunt is a real artist.hes got a good voice and what i like most is the way he relate his true life experience into songs.i watched his live show. u know you can see when he sings he got all his thoughts deep in the experience he had.i would love to see him live again.i like his videos,he is really different to other artists.hes a good singer and his songs really touches my heart.
