It wouldn't be Christmas without James Corden's Carpool Karaoke special. He teamed up with Reggie Watts on 'The Late Late Show' for a lively rendition of the holiday classic 'Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town', complete with some very special guests from throughout the year.

The host wrapped 2017 with a round-up of this year's guests singing along to the 30s Christmas tune 'Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town', introduced by James with the leader of 'The Late Late Show''s live band Reggie Watts - both in festive sweaters and Santa hats.

They attempt a Leonard Cohen classic but it turns into a brilliant disaster.
Sometimes it doesn't take much to make us laugh, and Kristen Wiig repeatedly mispronouncing the word 'Hallelujah' on 'The Late Late Show with James Corden' is far funnier than it should be. She and James attempt a heartwarming rendition of the Leonard Cohen classic with hilarious results.
Kristen Wiig at a 'Downsizing' photocall
Everyone knows the 1984 hit, indeed it's seen covers from the likes of Jeff Buckley, Rufus Wainwraight, Tori Kelly and Bon Jovi, but Kristen Wiig had some serious struggles with the the song when she and James Corden tried to use it to preach world peace.
The most romantic edition of James Corden's 'Late Late Show' segment yet.
The newest edition of James Corden's Carpool Karaoke saw him team up with Kelly Clarkson, belting out some of her greatest hits and even treating her and her husband to a special carpool date night. There's a reason why this is the most popular 'Late Late Show' segment.
Kelly Clarkson at the 2017 American Music Awards
The pair sang such numbers as 'Since U Been Gone', 'Stronger' and 'Because Of You', as well as two songs from her newest album 'Meaning Of Life': single 'Love So Soft' and the uplifting soul number 'Whole Lotta Woman'. Kelly even sang a rendition of 'So This Is Love' from Disney's 'Cinderella' - a song that she says she sings to her 19-month-old son Remington.

The singer was recalling a 2008 interview were the pair shared some very suggestive banter.
The ‘Late Late Show’ host had been a guest of the singer on her short-lived BBC Three chat show 'Lily Allen and Friends' back in 2008.
And on Twitter, Thursday, a clip of the interview resurfaced, causing Lily to claim she wasn’t receptive to James’s flirting but instead she’d gone along with the banter so she wouldn’t be branded 'cold' or ‘snobbish’.

'Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts' is probably one of the greatest talk-show games ever and James Corden has finally invited Kim Kardashian to take part during his 'Late Late Show' segment. Surprisingly, she was extremely willing to spill on anything - apart from whether or not her sisters are pregnant.

The game has already seen Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner spill some juicy secrets, so it was about time that the second oldest sibling reveal something we didn't already know. First up: who is the best and worst dressed Kardashian/Jenner sister?

The singer confessed she used to crush on Jon Bon Jovi when she was a kid.
Pink finally appeared on James Corden's Carpool Karaoke segment recently and managed to completely baffle the 'Late Late Show' host in the process. If he wasn't stunned enough by her claims that she sings better upside down and that she friendzoned Joey Fatone from NSYNC, her love of Jon Bon Jovi went a lot deeper than anyone could have guessed.

Appearing on Carpool Karaoke to sing the likes of 'What About Us' (complete with choreography), 'Get the Party Started', 'Beautiful Trauma' and 'Raise Your Glass', she revealed her childhood obsession with the Bon Jovi frontman. James Corden invites some special guests to sing with them on the road.
James Corden's latest Carpool Karaoke guest was the one and only Sam Smith, and it was definitely one of the funniest yet. Plus, the 'Late Late Show' host managed to make the singer's whole year by bringing along some very special guests and rendering him super starstruck.
Sam Smith at the Attitude Awards
After first singing Sam's latest single 'Too Good at Goodbyes', he and James spoke about both their weight-loss journeys - one of which was a lot more successful than the other. However, Sam doesn't plan to stay slim forever by any means.

Lebron James is one of the more unusual guests on James Corden's Carpool Karaoke segment, but in a recently unveiled extended preview we see him opening up about getting mentions in rap songs, his good buddy Jay-Z and rapping along to a hip hop classic from the nineties.

The 32-year-old basketball hero was quizzed by James Corden on how it feels to get constantly mentioned in rap lyrics from 'LeBron James' by Yo Gotti, Big Sean's 'Deserve It', 'Gotta Have It' by Jay-Z and Kanye West, and 'Can a Drummer Get Some' by Travis Barker among many others.

Anna Wintour at a Milan Fashion Week gala
We didn't think late night talk shows were the 67-year-old Vogue editor's thing either, but she proved everybody wrong by letting her hair down and chowing down on some of the most disgusting food James' team could come up with - at least in her opinion.
The singer did a hit and run outside 'The Voice' building.
Miley Cyrus finally makes a long-awaited appearance on The Late Late Show's Carpool Karaoke where she sang along to some of her top tunes with James Corden, opened up about her dramatic change in image and revealed just how her terrible driving ability really is.
Miley Cyrus at the iHeartRadio Music Festival

If you ever thought that James Corden didn't have it in him to be a male stripper than let us tell you that you are so, so wrong. He teamed up with the one and only Channing Tatum in preparation to appear in a special Magic Mike Live performance and totally proved that he has moves.
Channing Tatum at 'Kingsman: The Golden Circle' world premiere

Peter Rabbit (James Corden) is a naughty little critter, easily identifiable by his little blue jacket. His favourite activity in the world is eating vegetables, and more often than not that involves sneaking into the garden of the often exasperated Mr. McGregor (Domhnall Gleeson). He takes his friends along with him - some of which you'll definitely recognise from Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle the hedgehog to Mr. Tod the fox - and together they have a whale of a time with an all-you-can-eat buffet of lettuce, carrots and tomatoes.
When Mr. McGregor returns home one day to find his garden ransacked and his house littered with leftovers, he thinks things couldn't get any worse. That is until he realises that there are a load of anthropomorphic animals hiding in his furniture. By the looks of things, he's not the furious farmer we read about in the original story - rather one of Peter's poor victims. But we'll soon discover what happens to the rebellious buck, and whether or not he learns his lesson about stealing from people's gardens.
Beatrix Potter's world famous children's characters have been brought to life in this wonderful CGI / live action comedy 'Peter Rabbit'. Directed by the Golden Globe nominated Will Gluck ('Friends with Benefits', 'Easy A', 'Annie'), who co-wrote the screenplay alongside Rob Lieber ('Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day'), the film is based on the original 1902 story 'The Tale of Peter Rabbit' - with a humorous modern twist, of course.

The talk show host understands why people have lost faith in him.
A great many of us have woken up after a heavy night out wondering what on Earth we decided was a good idea to do while inebriated - but few are left more embarrassed than James Corden, who incurred the internet's wrath by kissing former Press Secretary Sean Spicer.
James Corden at the Emmy Awards
Just because he's no longer a part of the White House family doesn't excuse the fact that Sean Spicer has repeatedly lied to the American public over the last several months. As if his inclusion in Sunday night's (September 17th 2017) Emmy Awards ceremony wasn't bad enough, James Corden made things worse by being pictured giving him a kiss on the cheek.
The Oasis frontman is being overtly honest again.
If there's one thing you can say about Liam Gallagher, it's that he's not afraid to say exactly what's on his mind, even if he takes down a chat-show host in the process. As it turns out though, James Corden isn't the only celebrity the former Oasis star has got a problem with.
Liam Gallagher performing live in Glasgow
In the past, the 44-year-old has denied he would go solo because he's 'not a c**t'. Unfortunately though, with an Oasis reunion not on the cards anytime soon, he has decided to bite the bullet and give it a go - but he still hates most solo musicians.
The 'Late Late Show' host is pleased with how he spent his evening.
'Sharknado' is probably one of the best worst indie film series ever created, and with the premiere of 'Sharknado 5: Global Swarming' over the weekend, it's safe to say that the world was gripped once again. Especially James Corden, who reserved a special segment on his show devoted to the new release.
James Corden at 'The Emoji Movie' premiere
Of course, nobody else James knew seemed to have watched the film - I mean, it's about sharks getting swept up in a cyclone and killing city folk, it's kind of a niche subject - but it's probably the best movie he's seen all year. After watching it on Sunday night (August 6th 2017), he decided to recount some of his favourite moments from the 'epic' film.
There's no reason why this animated comedy adventure needed to be this pointless. Solidly entertaining movies have been made using far less as source material (see The Lego Movie). But while there are some hilarious verbal and visual gags peppered throughout this movie, it all hinges on a script that's painfully obvious and animation that simply isn't inventive enough to hold the attention without a decent story and stronger characters.
It's set in Textopolis, an app inside the smartphone of the teen Alex (Jake T. Austin). The central character is Gene (T.J. Miller), who has far too many expressions for a meh emoji. His parents (Jennifer Coolidge and Steven Wright) worry that he has some sort of defect. Threatened by the cruel senior emoji Smiler (Maya Rudolph), Gene and his pal Hi-5 (James Cordon) sneak out of the app in search of the hacker Jailbreak (Anna Faris), who can help reprogramme him if they can make it to the cloud. But Smiler sends a team of killer bots in hot pursuit.
Yes, the plot is cursory at best, and essentially exists only so the film can namecheck carefully placed apps in a series of sponsored, rather pointless extended set pieces. This leaves the movie feeling like a low-rent variation on Wreck-It Ralph, although only a few of these sequences have any visual interest. The Candy Crush world is at least a colourful alternative to the dull digital look of most of most of the movie. And the lack of imagination shows in the depiction of music streaming as a stream and a firewall as a wall of fire. There's also a strange rush to violence in almost every sequence, as the bots continually try to delete our heroes.

We use Emojis in text messages and social media everyday, but have you ever thought about what these images get up to when you put away your iPhone? When a high school boy goes to send his crush a 'Meh' emoji, it turns into something quite different. To the disappointment of his parents, Gene has never been quite as apathetic as he's expected to be, so when he messes up his moment it causes quite the problem for everyone else. Now the boy thinks his phone is broken, and he's on the way to get it re-set. That's not looking good for the emojis who find themselves desperately trying to back-up their world in the Cloud before their whole world gets wiped out. Meanwhile, Gene is about to learn that having more than one expression may not be such a bad thing after all.

The 60th Grammy Awards will be coming back to New York for the first time since 2003, but Corden will host the ceremony for the second consecutive year.
James Corden will reprise his role as the host of the Grammy Awards ceremony in 2018, having impressed fans and CBS producers with his performance at this year’s awards, it has been confirmed.
The 38 year old British host of the ‘The Late Late Show’ fronted the Grammys for the first time back in February, and CBS announced on Wednesday (May 17th) during an upfront presentation to advertisers at New York’s Carnegie Hall that Corden would be doing so again, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

'The Late Late Show' saw James Corden face-off against Riz Ahmed in a rap battle segment.
There was certainly a lot of beef in the room when James Corden and Riz Ahmed went against each other for the exciting 'Drop The Mic' segment of 'The Late Late Show' this week. It's safe to say, Riz MC killed it.

Beatrix Potter's character Peter Rabbit to come to life in cinematic animation next year.
Last year marked the 150th anniversary of the birth of Beatrix Potter, the author of the classic children's story 'The Tale of Peter Rabbit'. Now, a modernised animated comedy is on the way in her honour, with James Corden voicing the lead leporid.
James Corden and Domhnall Gleeson star in 'Peter Rabbit'
Based on the books by Beatrix Potter, who also created characters like Squirrel Nutkin, Jemima Puddle-Duck, Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle and Mr. Jeremy Fisher, 'Peter Rabbit' is a year away from release - but so far we have quite a lot of information about the story and who's involved.

The 42 year old fashion designer was a guest on 'The Late Late Show' on Wednesday night - and that could only mean one thing!
James Corden has managed to persuade Victoria Beckham to do what the other four Spice Girls were unable to – resume her singing career! The former pop star and current fashion designer will join the British presenter for ‘Carpool Karaoke’.
The 42 year old revealed her involvement with Corden’s now-iconic segment of ‘The Late Late Show’ – on which she was a guest on Wednesday night (March 29th). At some point soon, we can all look forward to the pair of them belting out old Spice Girls hits. With or without the use of Auto-Tune, we don't yet know.
Victoria herself announced her involvement with the CBS show via Instagram on Wednesday, sharing a picture of herself with 38 year old Corden stood behind her laughing hysterically. “What is so funny @j_corden X VB,” she captioned it.

Our wish list for musical guests on potential UK version.
So apparently, James Corden might be bringing his much-loved 'Late Late Show' to the UK, which means a very different calibre of guests for his legendary Carpool Karaoke. He may have his own wish list of potential guests for a UK version, but so do we.
James Corden to bring Carpool Karaoke to the UK?
It isn't like he's never had Brits on the segment before, but we think the fact that One Direction, Chris Martin, Adele and Elton John have been amongst some of the most popular Carpool Karaoke videos is reason enough to bring it to the nation fully. 'We do have some stuff planned this year - which might involve being in the UK', he told the Radio Times. It seems only right, given that the 'Late Late Show' skit originated from a 2011 Red Nose Day clip featuring the late George Michael.

Talk show hosts blast Donald Trump's latest series of memorable quotes.
Following Donald Trump's most recent bizarre press conference, people across the world have been left utterly baffled by his nonsensical statements about fake news, uranium and Russian relations. Among other things. James Corden and Jimmy Fallon have managed to sum up the mess between them on their respective talk shows.
Donald Trump gets torn apart by Jimmy Fallon and James Corden
Speaking of 'mess', Jimmy did a pretty good job mimicking the president on 'The Tonight Show' in a skit entitled 'Trump Press Conference Cold Open', mocking Trump's latest catchphrase, 'we inherited a mess', and donning a blonde wig and a tiny hand.

He and James Corden had an epic Queen Frontman Battle.
If anyone in the world was still in any doubt that Adam Lambert is the perfect frontman for Queen, his skit with James Corden on 'The Late Late Show' should settle it for you. Because this week Adam and James had a brilliant sass-fuelled Front Man Battle.
Adam Lambert and James Corden go 'head to head'
On 'The Late Late Show with James Corden' last night (February 2nd 2017), James made the mistake in getting a little cocky about his favourite band of all time and its current frontman, Adam Lambert. 'I'm not saying I'd be a better frontman than him, I'm just saying I think I'd be a better frontman than him', said James. 'That's all I'm saying.'

Corden videoed himself secretly as he travelled through LAX completely without event.
In the wake of the chaos and outrage caused by Donald Trump’s executive order banning the entry of migrants from a number of Muslim-majority countries – known widely as the ‘Muslim ban’ – James Corden filmed his completely incident-free journey through Los Angeles airport by way of protest against the new law.
In a brief video he secretly filmed this week of his journey through LAX, after he secretly sets up a camera in the back of the car he’s being driven in, the 38 year old host of ‘The Late Late Show’ guided viewers through his experience.
In it, he checks in for his flight, passes through security, orders a grilled cheese sandwich and has a brief and friendly chat with an airline worker as he boards the plane, in what was a very smooth travelling process.

The star opened up on 'The Late Late Show'.
James Corden bravely opened up about the rudest celebrity he'd ever encountered to Khloe Kardashian and his audience during a segment on 'The Late Late Show'. As it turns out, Pierce Brosnan was the one that most sticks in his mind after the latter shoved the presenter at a concert.
James Corden says Pierce Brosnan is the rudest celebrity he's ever met
That's the danger with being rude to talk-show hosts - they may not necessarily be at the top of the A list, but they do know all the A listers and have friends in high places, so we imagine the former James Bond star isn't going to hear the end of this one after he knocked the host down during a U2 show at the Forum in Los Angeles.
As it turns out, all Mariah Carey wants for Christmas is for James Corden to sing 'All I Want For Christmas Is You'.
Christmas 'Carpool Karaoke' is here and it's better than we ever could have hoped. It seems James Corden has been planning this all year, secretly getting all his previous guests to sing along to Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' for a mega karaoke montage.
Mariah Carey appears on Carpool Karaoke
An uber glamorous Mariah Carey joined a Christmas jumper wearing James Corden for 'The Late Late Show''s best segment 'Carpool Karaoke' last night (December 15th 2016), helping the latter out with a spot of Christmas shopping. As they drove along in a car full of wrapped Christmas presents and a tree strapped to the roof, the singer revealed her holiday wishes.
Almost pathologically buoyant, this brightly colourful animated comedy is so cheeky that it's impossible to dislike. The plot may be thin, and the wackiness a bit too full-on, but every moment is packed with smart verbal and visual jokes. This rapid-fire energy keeps us laughing all the way through, while the lively song score has us humming along and wishing we could get up there and dance.
It's set in a garish fantasy world in which sweetly happy trolls are locked in a mortal battle with gloomy bergen who think the only way they can achieve happiness is to eat a troll. It's been 20 years since the trolls escaped to form a secret forest community, so they throw a party to celebrate. Led by Princess Poppy (Anna Kendrick), the festivities feature so much music, glitter and hugging that the bergen's Chef (Christine Baranski) spots their location. The paranoid troll Branch (Justin Timberlake) had warned that this might happen, and sure enough Chef sweeps in and grabs a handful of trolls to take back to bergen King Gristle (Christopher Mintz-Plasse). Feeling responsible, Poppy sets out on a quest to rescue them, and Branch grudgingly accompanies her. They also get help from the lovelorn bergen scullery maid Bridget (Zooey Deschanel).
There isn't a moment in this story that carries even a hint of actual suspense, but the action scenes are still exhilaratingly madcap, and the darker moments along the way generate proper emotion. Thankfully, the lesson is so painfully obvious (you don't need to eat a troll to be happy!) that the filmmakers don't bother hammering it in. Instead, they fill every scene with deranged wit, ridiculous gags and lively character detail.

Who will he bring on next?
Seriously, James Corden? Every single episode of 'Carpool Karaoke' seems to top the one before it, no matter how difficult it is to fathom that possibility. I mean, who's he going to bring in to top his latest guests the Red Hot Chili Peppers?
James Corden invites Red Hot Chili Peppers along for a Los Angeles drive
