The Late Late Show host was handed the OBE by Queen Elizabeth II's daughter for his services to drama in a lavish ceremony held at the London royal residence.

Corden, who has relocated to America to host his popular U.S. chat show, later admitted he feels as if he does not deserve the accolade, telling Britain's ITV News, "The (OBE) feels a bit silly to me... It's a little overwhelming, the things that have happened in the last few years, but mostly I feel very undeserving particularly when you're sat in the room and you hear what some of the (other recipients) have done and the sacrifices they have made in their lives..."

Corden's ex-girlfriend Sheridan Smith was handed the same honour by Prince William last month (May15).
