James Corden is back for another Brit Awards, but let's remember last year.
James Corden has confirmed that he’ll be hosting the 2014 Brit Awards; it’ll be the fifth time he’s taken it on, making him the longest serving presenter of the awards in history, and it’s not as if his tenure has gone without controversy.

"I really love the Brits. I'm such a fan. I'll miss not doing it after this one but fully intend to enjoy every second of Brits 2014,” said Corden on his affinity with the annual award show. In 2009 he hosted the ceremony with Mathew Horne and Kylie Minogue, in addition to holding the mic solo three times.
This year's show, which is set to take place as the O2 Arena in London, will feature performances from Arctic Monkeys and Katy Perry, among others. "The Brits has always showcased the music that I love and am influenced by. It's an honour to play at such a prestigious event where musicality shines at its brightest," Perry said.
Brits chairman Christian Tattersfield said: "We are extremely ambitious for the 2014 show, showcasing global superstars and celebrating the incredible success of British music. We are going to pull out all the stops to make this the biggest and most exciting Brits ever". (The Telegraph)
Last year’s Brits will probably be remembered for two things: polka dot statuettes and that acceptance speech interruption.
