Acclaimed actor James Woods is feeling the pressure of the worldwide credit crunch - after several attempts to sell off his Rhode Island home have failed.
The Casino star has been trying desperately to sell a house he built near his mother's home in the New England state - and admits he's frustrated because when he finally found buyers, they couldn't get a bank loan.
And the star is calling on U.S. President Barack Obama to do more to help restore America's housing market.
He tells New York Magazine, “We gave the system all this money - my money, your money, the taxpayers’ money - to save these banks. And now they won’t - and, quite frankly, this administration won’t allow them to - come help us.
"I’ve always said that the next Obama slogan should be, ‘Barack Obama: Putting America Out of Business,’ because that’s what he’s doing.”
