RT @DEADLINE: Jamie Bell To Co-Star Opposite Elisabeth Moss In Apple’s ‘Shining Girls’ https://t.co/wIflyov8EP
In 1980, a group of six armed terrorists storm the Iranian embassy in London, taking no less than 26 innocent people hostage. What none of them could foresee is that this would turn into an almost week-long battle between the gunmen and a team of SAS soldiers, as the latter try to navigate the 6 floor, 30 room fortress in a bid to take down the attackers who are demanding the release of prisoners in the Khuzestan Province. It's Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher's chance to publicly show her country how she deals with terrorist attacks and so a BBC news crew documents the entire debacle from the streets outside. Tragically, soldiers were not able to secure the safe release of all the hostages and two of them perished, along with five of the six terrorists.

The actor is reportedly in talks for the coveted role.
The latest actor to join the list of hopefuls to replace Daniel Craig as James Bond is Jamie Bell, best known for his debut role in 2000's 'Billy Elliot'. Reports suggest that the now 30-year-old star has been impressing Bond producer Barbara Broccoli with his acting skills on her new movie 'Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool'.
Is Jamie Bell really in talks to play James Bond?
Bell is currently filming for the movie, directed by Paul McGuigan, in which he stars as Peter Turner; the author of the memoir upon which the movie is based. It actually reunites Bell with Julie Walters for the first time in 17 years, with the pair having first worked together on 'Billy Elliot', and now she may get to see the young star go from ballet to Bond if reports are to be believed.

The latest try at bringing the comic book franchise to life on the big screen turned off critics and turned away audiences over the weekend.
The latest Fantastic Four movie starring Michael B. Jordan and Miles Teller opened at the US box office with a disappointing $26.2 million over the weekend, taking the number two spot and falling way short of its predicted $40million opening. The film had a budget of around $120 million and studio Fox has already lined-up a sequel for 2017.
Fantastic Four fell short of expectations at the US box office.
Fantastic Four will now go down as one of the worst openings for a film based on a Marvel property, taking a little more than Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengeance, which opened with $22.1 million in 2012. The film suffered from bad reviews and currently holds an embarrassing 8% rating on review site Rotten Tomatoes.

Snowpiercer isn’t new. Joon-ho Bong’s adapation of the popular French comic book Le Transperceneige by Jacques Lob. Walking around Paris last October, posters for the movie where everywhere, and without the laboured ‘delayed train’ play on words, it’s finally coming to the U.S on June 27. What’s more, there’s a ridiculously good red band trailer for it, too.
In it, Tilda Swinton’s character – the evil, maniacal tyrant, Mason – dominates. Her words provide the backdrop for the struggle faced by those on board and their battle for freedom. “Know your place. Keep your place,” advises Mason, before suggesting that exactly killing exactly 74% of the rebellious population in front of her would be “fun”.

Both 'Wolverine' and 'Fantastic Four' have been given sequels whilst a new project is kept closely shrouded.
Fox has scheduled three more upcoming Marvel movie dates so that the studios can keep continually churning out new superhero movies in the years ahead. The new films - a Wolverine and a Fantastic Four sequel and a mystery Marvel project - are plotted for release from 2017 and onwards. The next Wolverine is set for March 3, 2017, the Fantastic Four sequel is pencilled in for July 14, 2017, and the last one is due to arrive on July 13, 2018, according to Variety.
Fox Have Plotted A Release Date For The Next 'Wolverine' Movie, For 2017.
Whilst details on the latter two projects are a lot more vague, it was announced last November that Hugh Jackman will be returning to the role of the iconic mutant for a follow-up to 2013's franchise-boosting The Wolverine alongside director James Mangold.
Fox has been trying to make Fantastic Four happen for years, could they finally have it right?
The “Fantastic Four” reboot cast has been finalized (almost). The release date has been set – June 19, 2015, according to Deadline – and now the movie has its four leads as well. As predicted, Fantastic Four will star Kate Mara as Invisible Girl, Fruitvale Station breakout Michael B. Jordan as the Human Torch, Miles Teller as Mr. Fantastic and Jamie Bell (Nymphomaniac) as The Thing. The deals are still being negotiated, but all look fairly solid. Deadline reports that Bell and Jordan’s involvement is certain.
Mara is most likely to fill Jessica Alba's shoes as Sue Storm.
The script is being penned by Simon Kinberg and Fox is handing the direction to Josh Trank. Trank has previously worked on Chronicle, so it could be said that he has some experience with sci-fi. On the other hand, this is only his second feature film, meaning that Fox is banking on a relative newcomer to kick off what will likely become the studio’s attempt at a superhero franchise, a la Avengers.
A quick profile of the actors chosen to be the cast of the 2015 reboot of The Fantastic Four.
It’s been over two months since Thor: The Dark World came out, which means that we’re itching for some superhero news to tide us over! Luckily, rumors are flying around that the cast for the 2015 movie The Fantastic Four reboot, has finally been picked. For those who aren’t already Fantastic Four fans, this bunch of superheroes/astronauts gained their powers after they were exposed to cosmic rays whilst hanging out in outer space. You know, that old chestnut.
Let’s take a look at the potential The Fantastic Four reboot cast.

Sex. Sex sex sex. It doesn’t matter how many times we say it, it’s still going to make the headlines. And that’s partly why Nymphomaniac – Lars Von Trier’s upcoming film – has been such hot news: it delves into the risqué subject with alacrity and gusto.
The film has also made the news due to the fact that Von Trier is a bit weird.
As another full-on Irvine Welsh adaptation Trainspotting did in 1996, this bracingly original movie puts a new filmmaker on the map. Not only is this a loud blast of both style and substance, but it refuses to water down its subject matter, taking us through a shockingly profane story in a way that's both visually inventive and emotionally resonant.
This is the story of Bruce (McAvoy), an Edinburgh detective who's determined to beat his colleagues to a promotion. He's also a relentless womaniser, sexist, racist and drug addict. And he'll do anything to get ahead, hiding the sordid details of his private life from his boss (Sessions) while undermining the other cops at any chance while pretending to be their friends. In quick succession, he gets young Ray (Bell) addicted to cocaine, flirts continually with Amanda (Poots), has a fling with the kinky wife (Dickie) of fellow officer Gus (Lewis), torments Peter (Elliott) about his sexuality, and takes Bladesey (Marsan) on a sex-tourism holiday while making obscene calls to his needy wife (Henderson). All of this happens while Bruce leads the investigation into a grisly murder.
McAvoy dives so far into this role that we barely recognise him in there. Bruce is so amoral that we are taken aback by each degrading moment. And yet McAvoy somehow manages to hold our sympathy due to the film's blackly hilarious tone and a startling undercurrent of real emotion. Even though he's a monster, we see his boyish fragility, especially in surreal sequences involving his therapist (Broadbent), which merge with his fantasies, hallucinations and nightmares.

Evan Rachel Wood and Kat Coiro posed with Snoop Dogg at the Tribeca Film Festival.
Evan Rachel Wood's unborn child sure has a story to tell his or her college buddies in years to come. The two-time Golden Globe nominee is expecting her first child with husband Jamie Bell, and showed off her baby bump at the Tribeca Film Festival on Monday (April 22, 2013).
The 25-year-old starlet tweeted, "Me and @KatCoiro just had our babies blessed by @snoopdogg today. No big deal" before posting a snap of herself and director Kat Coiro (also pregnant) with Snoop Dogg himself. The hip-hop superstar was at the film festival to promote his new album Reincarnated. Rachel Wood and Coiro glowed as they posed with the hip-hop superstar in Tribeca's press room. Snoop also had time to pose with actor Justin Long, who appeared equally as delighted to be in the presence of the man himself.
Of course, Evan Rachel Wood was attending the festival to promote her new movie A Case of You, which premiered Sunday night. It follows the story of a young writer who lures a girl online based on his embellished profile. The movie also stars Peter Dinklage, Sienna Miller, Sam Rockwell, Vince Vaughn, Brendan Fraser and Busy Philipps.

Filth, the latest movie to star James McAvoy, is an adaptation of Irvine Welsh’s novel of the same name and it has all the hallmarks of a classic Irvine Welsh movie adaptation, with its fast-paced, seedy cinematography and wry, snappy humour. The word filth takes on two meanings here. McAvoy plays the central character Bruce Robertson, who – by all accounts, is a pretty filthy kinda guy, he’s into some fairly unsavoury sexual practises and when his doctor asks if he’s been taking his medication, he’s only able to sort-of-honestly answer ‘yes’ because of all the illicit substances he’s been snorting. That’s not the only kind of ‘filth’ he is though – he’s also a police officer. A Detective Sergeant no less.
Robertson’s not one for abiding by the law, however and even when he’s on duty, he’s a pretty deceitful, dishonest kind of guy and will do anything to get one over on his colleagues, so that he can get a promotion. However, the combination of mind-altering drugs and the fact that he’s collapsing under a mountain of lies soon starts to take a toll on his sanity and wellbeing. Add to that the fact that he has a troubled marriage that he’s desperate to save and things aren’t looking great for him, all told.

This trailer is only suitable for persons aged 18 or over.
Bruce Robertson is a vile, devious and emotionally disturbed individual who also happens to be a Detective Sergeant. Off duty, he lives a life of debauchery; snorting line after line of cocaine and indulging in sordid sexual encounters with numerous women while trying to control his unpredictable bipolar personality. On duty, he does everything within his power to trick, deceive and ruin the lives of his colleagues with whom he competes to achieve a promotion to detective inspector. He does nothing to hide his radical views on race and women as he attempts to solve a grisly murder that seems to have more to it than he initially thought. With the web of lies he weaves throughout his life, will he be able to sort out truths from the untruths in order to maintain his sanity as his deteriorating mental health threatens to cripple him? And will he ever be reunited with the wife he is so desperate to resolve things with?
Adapted from the novel by Irvine Welsh, 'Filth' has been directed and written by Jon S. Baird ('Cass') and sees an intense star-studded cast convert to screen an compelling story of insanity, romance and deceit. This shocking 18-rated crime drama is set to hit UK cinemas in September 2013.
Babies, babies, babies are everywhere!
The latest Hollywood lady to announce that she is preggers has been Evan Rachel Wood. Her and husband of three months Jamie Bell have confirmed that they do, in fact, have one on the way. Apparently the rumours of the actress being pregnant back in November weren’t completely off the mark – well, just by a couple of months anyway.
Unlike a lot of their fellow celebrities, the pair didn’t break the news over Twitter or another social network, opting instead for an official statement. Perhaps it’s because they’ve been burned by the rumour mill before? The 25-year-old actress’ rep confirmed the news and commented that “the couple is thrilled”, E!News reports. No other details about the sex of the baby or due date have been revealed, however Evan has been gushing over Twitter ever since the news was revealed. We hope everyone remembers their gift ideas for the baby shower. Though maybe that’s best left to a personal shopper. Regardless, it looks like it’s good news all around. 2013 is shaping up to be a big year for the expecting parents and we’d wish them and the future addition to the family all the best this year.
Yesterday (Jan 11) Evan Rachel Wood and her actor husband Jamie Bell announced that they were expecting their first child together. Whilst this is great news for the two, it wasn't expected news for the couple at all - with Wood admitting today that the pregnancy came as a complete surprise.
The two issued an official statement announcing the good news, with US Weekly first publishing the story alongside a spokesperson's statement from their publicist saying that the two were thrilled with the news. It's just as well that the two were so happy at the thought of tiny feet soon pitter-pattering around their home, as the couple were completely unaware that the actress was expecting and had made no prior plans to start a family.
She posted a Tweet yesterday denying that she ever expected to be expecting, writing: "Remember when i said, "No baby on the way here" Well, I didnt know there actually was!"

Evan Rachel Wood and husband Jamie Bell have announced that they are having a baby, US Weekly reports, with a representative for the pregnant actress revealing that yes, they are "expecting their first child later this year,"
Wood and her Brit-actor beau Bell tied the knot in secret in October last year, and it didn't take long for the pregnancy rumours to emerge. Pictures began to circulate in early November showing the actress with a suspected baby bump, but alas they proved to be premature, til now. Evan tweeted in November: "Sorry to disappoint. But no baby on the way here!" Now then, the word is (from her rep): "Evan Rachel Wood and husband Jamie Bell confirmed that they are expecting their first child later this year."
The two met in 2005 after co-starring together in the video for Green Day's 'Wake Me Up When September Ends' video, they started to date shortly after. Although the two ended up splitting in 2006 they eventually got back together in the summer of 2011 with Bell getting on one knee and the two making things official in 2012. The child will be the pair's first and as you would expect, the rep confirmed: "the couple is thrilled."

Evan Rachel Wood, 25, has tied the knot with actor Jamie Bell, 26, best known for his turn in Billy Elliot. A representative for Wood confirmed the news to People magazine on Tuesday (October 30, 2012).
"The bride wore a custom dress by Carolina Herrera," the rep says in a statement. "It was a small ceremony with close family and friends." The pair have been rumored to be engaged since January, though never made public their intention to marry. What we do know is that they first began dating in 2005, after co-starring in Green Day's Wake Me Up When September Ends music video, though Rachel Wood soon began a relationship with the rocker Marilyn Manson. In a Twitter post on Wednesday, The Wrestler actress said "Words cannot describe the happiness I am feeling. Overwhelming," before following up with, "Song of the day "(today i met) the boy i'm gonna marry" #darlenelove." British actor Max Minghella - a close friend of Bell - posted a message that read, "Yesterday I got to see my best friend exchange vows with the love of his life. Still coming down from high," which Rachel Wood subsequently re-tweeted. Bell is yet to tweet about the nuptials, though handily told followers a couple of weeks back, "My girl wears Batman socks. Ten points!"
He is currently shooting Lars Van Trier's hugely controversial drama Nymphomaniac, while Rachel Wood is about to begin work on the romance It Is What It Is, with Sigourney Weaver.

Billy Elliot himself, Jamie Bell, is married! In a secret ceremony (all the rage right now) in California, he wed his long-term on and off partner Evan Rachel Woods.
Bell and Woods first met seven years ago when they worked together on the Greenday video for 'Wake me up when September ends'. Although they dated for a while, their relationship was short lived and Woods went on to have a relatively public relationship with Marilyn Manson to whom she was engaged until 2010. However, when that relationship ended it seemed clear to both Bell and Woods that they should reunite.
E! reported a few weeks ago that the couple applied for a marriage license, so their wedding isn't entirely out of the blue. Nevertheless, they did a good job of keeping it under wraps. A rep for the couple released a statement to People saying "The bride wore a custom dress by Carolina Herrera," adding that "It was a small ceremony with close family and friends."

Beyond the fact that the whole coal-miner's-kid-has-talent-and-big-dreams genre has been horrifically overdone from the earliest days of English-language narrative, Billy Elliot (aka Dancer) is actually a treat to watch. Maybe it's just the funny accents, but the dialog comes off fresh and surprising, even when it's just Billy's dad (played by Gary Lewis) saying some stock like, "No son of mine is going to be dancing ballet." In fact, Lewis conveys an intense fury through his role as the apparently ignorant father, while maintaining a sense of depth and dimension that is, at times, endearing.
