R&B superstar Janet Jackson refuses to become a mother while she's still in the spotlight - because fame is "just too difficult" for children.
The Nasty hitmaker, 44, admits she would hate to thrust her kids into the spotlight and rob them of their chance at having a normal childhood just because their mother is a big star.
In an interview with CNN's Richelle Carey, she adds, "A kid should have a life. They should enjoy their childhood. They only get one."
