Some of the biggest criminals believe they're untouchable, it's Arthur Bishop's job to get to and kill anyone who's become a problem. Terrorists, cop killers and gang leaders are just some of the targets Arthur is assigned to take out quickly and efficiently.
When Arthur's mentor is murdered, he decides to take it on himself to hunt down and kill those responsible; things soon become more complicated when Harry's son Steve decides he wants to learn Arthur's trade. To anyone else the answer would be a straight no but given his friendship with Steve's father, he decides to take the vengeful and impulsive youngster on as an apprentice.
Whilst hunting for Harry's killers it appears the new partnership have been deceived by more people than they first thought it's now a race against time to kill the mastermind behind Harry's death before he gets to them.
