Comedian Jeff Dunham Is Suing A Man For Allegedly Selling Fake Versions Of His Puppet.
The ventriloquist claims Anthony Horn has been peddling counterfeit models of his famous puppet Walter, a grumpy old man character he created in 1987 and filed paperwork to trademark in 2010.
In the lawsuit, Dunham alleges he issued a cease and desist letter to Horn earlier this year (15) but he did not comply and so Dunham is taking legal action.
He wants all the counterfeit puppets destroyed and all profits from their sale handed over to him, according to TMZ.com.
