Jena Malone had to learn how to strip in six seconds for 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire'.

The 29-year-old actress - who plays Johanna Mason in the action sequel - had to master shedding her clothes, including shoes, quickly for one of her scenes.

She told Us Weekly magazine: ''I had to figure out how to do a six second strip tease in an elevator. I had to take off my bracelets, zip this here and then take off these crazy Alexander McQueen heels.''

Maloneis a newcomer for the second movie in the series, and admits it took her a little while to bond with her co-stars, which includes Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson.

She added: ''For the first two months I was antisocial. I was just so dead from holding Johanna's anger in my body. But in Hawaii [where another part of the movie was filmed] I started hanging out. They were like, 'Do you drink?' ''

The actress added she liked being able to drop lots of swear words into her character too.

She said: ''I've never been shy about cuss words. Dropping an F-bomb is like having a sip of water.''
