Last month Jenni 'JWoww' Farley welcomed her first child, daughter Meilani Alexandra, with fiancé Roger Mathews into the world, and she is currently executive-producing the upcoming horror-spoof film 'Jersey Shore Massacre,' so the reality TV star is hard at work. But now JWoww plans to focus on herself a little more.

Farley will not go under the knife when it comes to her face

However, although the former 'Jersey Shore' star is in the midst of a self-improvement campaign, she adamantly states that going under the knife of any treatment around her face is out of the question.

"I'm going a little blonder, obviously dieting - I want to get rid of all my jiggly-ness - and my girlfriends from 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' introduced me to their doctor," she recently told People magazine. "He's really good at doing microderms and skin tightening."

Farley admits that she "would do anything if it makes me feel good," but she has got her limitation. "I don't like touching my face only because I'm always scared you can never go back. All those nose jobs and cheek implants and stuff like that, people get those and can never go back to what they were. I love my nose," she explained.

Surgery isn't totally out of the question, but only if it is on other parts of her body. "The only thing I'd implant is my boobs. I'm planning on getting my boobs bigger in the fall after Nicole ["Snooki" Polizzi's] wedding. I'm a 34F right now. I'll stop before I get to the balloon stage."

Speaking of her body, Farley recently revealed her she is still feeling the aftereffects of giving birth and has therefore decided to ban having sex with her fiancé. "My birth was god-awful," she said. "She walked out, she ran out! She took everything with her and I felt it all, it was the worst pain in the world. I'm so scared to get pregnant again."
