The former 'Friends' star previously credited Justin, 42, whom she has been dating since 2011, for helping her to relax her own diet and fitness routine recently.
She said: ''The last couple of years since meeting this man have made me gain a couple extra pounds.''
However, Jennifer tries to works out on a daily basis, doing 45 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of yoga, so she can indulge in calorific treats occasionally.
She said previously: ''It catches up to you, and you take care of it. But it's still fun. It was all in the name of love!''
