Nearly two years after they split up amid rumours of infidelity, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have apparently called off their divorce and vowed to give their marriage another try.

The couple, who have been married for nearly 12 years and have three children together (Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5), split back in June 2015, just a day after their tenth wedding anniversary, after it was widely reported that Affleck had had a relationship with the children’s nanny.

However, they have always been adamant that living arrangements would be focussed around the needs of their kids – with Affleck for a while said to have been living on the same property as Garner even after the separation.

I'd be getting a touch up on my make-up, and they'd say, 'Jennifer, Fuzzypants is ready!' And we'd all hurry because Fuzzypants was in a better mood."

More than a year after they separated amid allegations of cheating, Jennifer Garner has spoken about the current status of her relationship with her estranged husband Ben Affleck as it relates to their three children, describing the situation as “definitely a modern family”.

Soon he begins to build up a surplus of supplies and begins distributing them among the largely ignored HIV-suffering population, meeting like-minded people on his trip, including Jennifer Garner and Jared Leto, both of whom have also been widely praised for their performances.

Ben Affleck was awarded with the Spike’s Tv ‘Guy of the Year Award’ on Saturday (aired last night). The ceremony took place in Culver City, California. Affleck was presented his antler shaped (nicknamed ‘mantler’) award by fellow Oscar winning actor and director, Clint Eastwood. This is one of many awards; Affleck has received this year including an Oscar for his film Argo.

The Awards were first held in 2007 and previous winners have included Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Mickey Rourke, Maek Wahlberg and Matt Damon. As you’d expect, the awards are hardly female friendly (there is an award named the ‘holy grail of hot’) yet many turned out for the event including Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Alba.

The awards are hardly on par with the Oscars or a Golden Globes – there was a category in 2012 for ‘Hottest Zo(o)e(y)’. The nominations for this particular award were somewhat limited. However, the award’s lack of prestige did not prevent Affleck celebrating backstage with Snoop Dogg, Vince Vaughn and Jimmy Kimmel.

He may have dropped out of two colleges in his day, but now he can tick Dr. when he’s filling his forms. Ben Affleck has been awarded an honorary degree from Brown University.

His degree, for fine arts, was awarded in a ceremony on Sunday, as Affleck donned the Ivy League robes and proudly accepted the award. His most recent success came with Argo – a thriller surrounding the extraction of American nationals from Iran that won him Best Director at the Globes and Best Picture at the Oscars. This represented the rebirth a career that was stalling, and confirmed his abilities as an auteur as well as an actor. He also recently become a member of the five-time club on Saturday Night Live, which is, arguably, a much larger honor than the one Brown bestowed upon him. Joined by his wife on stage, he decided to try and desipher his Oscars acceptance speech, which was a frenzied mess, at best. “Tell the people what I meant when I said marriage is work,” he said to his wife, Jennifer Garner. “Well it is a way we talk privately about how committed we are to our marriage,” she replied. “I'm not sure why you had to share it live to a billion people.”

Affleck might be disappointed to know that Brown actually conferred more than 2,400 degrees Sunday. MIT Professor Junot Diaz, retired Stanford University bacteriologist Stanley Falkow and Tougaloo College President Beverly Wade Hogan were amongst the other recipients.

While some of us are still struggling to get their bearings after winter, Matt Damon and wife Luciana Barroso decided to jet off to the tropical island of St. Lucia to renew their vows, PEOPLE confirms.

With a $600 000 price tag and some extremely tight security around the island price tag, the ceremony is hardly quaint, but it’s still an intimate affair. The couple are set to exchange vows in front of their four daughters and some close friends, including Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, as well as Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas. The Damon family have been together since 2005, when they married in a modest civil ceremony in New York city. They met in 2003, while Damon was shooting Stuck on You and Lucia was bartending.

While reports that the resort is being closed down for the ceremony have been discredited by E!News, the St. Lucia authorities are still taking serious security measures for the event.

Paris-born actress Clemence Poesy is gaining strong reviews for her Broadway debut in Jamie Lloyd's Cyrano de Bergerac, at the Roundabout Theatre Company's American Airlines Theatre. The production also stars Patrick Page, Bill Buell and Tony Award winner Douglas Hodge.

Hodge, who won the 'Best Actor' Tony for his turn in La Cage aux Folles, plays Cyrano, a nobleman with a love for poetry but a penchant for duelling. Audiences at the previews have been stunned by Cyrano's entrance, with Hodge hidden in darkness for several minutes before stepping into the light to reveal his famous nose - big, bulbous and "almost cancerous" looking, said Playbill.com. Poesy, best known as Fleur Delacour in the Harry Potter movies and Eva in Gossip Girl, plays Roxane, Cyrano's beautiful and intelligent cousin who has a soft spot for romance and wit. Poesy's performance appears to emulate that of Jennifer Garner's, who played Roxane in the 2007 production, which starred Kevin Kline in the title role. The French comedienne Anne Brochet played the role in the 1990 big screen adaptation, for which Gérard Depardieu won the Oscar for Best Actor.

Cyrano de Bergerac has a limited engagement on Broadway through till November 25, 2012.
