Jennifer Hudson didn't realise people were paying attention to her weight loss but is pleased she has been able to inspire so many people.
Jennifer Hudson is glad her weight loss has inspired so many of her fans.
The singer-and-actress has shed over 80lbs and claims she had no idea how many people had taken notice of her changing shape.
She told Essence magazine: "I didn't realise that so many people were watching me or that so many people were interested. Now people come up to me saying, 'You've inspired me' and I'm like, 'Wow'. "
The 29-year-old star - who became the face of Weight Watchers in 2010 - has previously admitted she often "forgets" she has lost so much weight.
She said "I go into the store and they try to put me in 4s and 6s and I'm like, 'Who are you trying to talk to?' My mind hasn't caught up yet."
Jennifer - who has a 19-month-old son David with fiance David Otunga - also admitted she didn't expect to shed as much weight as she did.
She said: "I didn't expect to go as far as I did. People are like, 'OK Jennifer don't lose anything else!' "
However, the 'Dreamgirls' beauty insists she is always happy with herself, regardless of her size.
She added: "I've always been a person who's comfortable with myself whether it's plus-size, small size it doesn't matter."
