Oldboy is probably not a good movie to go and see with young children seeing as it is the very violent Spike Lee remake of the 2003 Korean film of the same name. A drunk guy (Josh Brolin) gets imprisoned in a hotel room for 20 years. Upon his release, he goes on a brutal quest to find and kill the person who locked him up for all that time.

Brolin stars alongside Samuel L. Jackson Elizabeth Olsen, Sharlto Copley in this mystery action drama that is drenched with bloody torture. The gist so far is that it doesn't quite match up to the original but who doesn't love a violent revenge storyline on Thanksgiving?
