Jennifer Lopez would love to see top rockers Bono, Jon Bon Jovi and Sir Mick Jagger as judges on American Idol following her departure last week (13Jul12).
The singer/actress admits she was prompted to step down from the hit TV talent show the day after fellow judge Steven Tyler quit because she feared she would not have the same chemistry with a newcomer.
She tells America's ABC News, "We had magic. I don't know, with him gone, it might be a different formula."
Producers are now scrambling to find a new line-up to replace the superstar duo and Mariah Carey, Adam Lambert and Black Eyed Peas stars Fergie and have all been linked to the job.
But Lopez has a few suggestions of her own.
Asked who she thinks would make good replacements, she says, "I think like Bono or Bon Jovi or Mick Jagger. You know me, I think big."
