Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May’s long-awaited new show ‘The Grand Tour’ finally hits Amazon Prime this Friday.

To promote the show’s launch, the streaming service are continuing the trio’s tradition of pulling stunts, by leaving ‘crashed’ cars in London and Berlin.

In London commuters in King's Cross on Tuesday morning were surprised to see a “crashed” Toyota Prius abandoned against a red post box.

The destroyed car bore the personalised numberplate M4Y.

Then in Berlin’s Hackescher Market another damaged Prius, this time with the numberplate H4MMOND, was left sticking out of the ground.

Fans are yet to find where Jeremy Clarkson has crashed his motor.

Amazon have also been trying to entice fans to sign up for Prime by offering the service for just £59 (instead of the normal £79) until Friday.

Speaking about the new series to The Telegraph earlier this week, Richard Hammond said: “It’s like coming out of the Army, coming out of the BBC after all those years."

"We're not going to disappoint, because we can’t,” he added. “We've got to make this good or they will come and torch us - and rightly so.”

‘The Grand Tour’ launches on Amazon this Friday, November 18. Unlike other Amazon series, only one episode of the show will be released per week, with episodes becoming availible simultaneously in the United States and United Kingdom.
