The Oscar-nominated actor Jeremy Renner has reached a custody settlement with his soon-to-be ex-wife Sonny Pacheco that will see the Bourne star paying out over $13,000 a month in child support for their 2-year-old daughter Ava Berlin Renner.

According to court documents obtained by numerous outlets including TMZ and E! News, Eva's parents will share joint legal and physical custody. We know that Pacheco had been looking for a considerable increase in her monthly support payments as well as primary physical custody of Ava, though Renner had insisted on joint custody all along.

His legal team also filed paperwork stating that by a signing a prenuptial agreement before they tied the knot, Pacheco had essentially waived her right to seek spousal support.

The settlement also states that neither Renner nor Pacheco can "make derogatory of insulting remarks" about the other in front of Ava. They're also restricted from "arguing, yelling or using profanity" in front of their child.

In addition to the $13,000 a month - and being asked to cover Ava's health care costs in full - Renner will also pay back child support based on the new terms of $21,035.

Renner and Pacheco split up in December after just 10 months of marriage.

"This has been on the cards for a while. They are just not compatible," a source told E! News at the time, "This is going to get ugly. His main priority is the baby and he will fight for full custody if it comes to that. All he cares about is being a dad. He is an amazing father. He is worried she is going to go back to Canada and take the baby."
