Jermaine Jackson has sparked further controversy over the death of his brother MICHAEL - he's convinced the star's personal physician DR. CONRAD MURRAY is just a "fall guy" and the person to blame for his passing is somebody "higher up than the doctor".
Murray stands accused of administering the powerful anaesthetic Propofol which led to Jackson's death last year (Jun09) and has pleaded not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter.
He has been allowed to keep his medical licence ahead of his preliminary trial date, which has been set for August (10).
Jermaine intends to be in court to see Murray and "support" his famous family - and he's sure further revelations will come to light during the trial.
During an appearance on U.S. talk show Larry King Live, he says, "I'm there for support. There to keep my mother strong and my father and the family.
"It's not even important whether he keeps his licence or they take his licence away. The bottom line is Michael is not here. What he administered in Michael should have been in a hospital setting and he did not act alone.
"(We) all feel - myself, Randy, La Toya, all of us, feel that he's the fall guy. And knowing how this whole thing works, and knowing it's higher up than just the doctor, and he's there. And if you squeeze him hard enough, he will talk."
And Jermaine is adamant the truth will one day be revealed: "This family is not going to let it not happen. The world needs to know the truth. We need to know the truth. You need to know the truth. We're going to do everything in our power as a family to make sure the world knows what really happened."
