In perhaps our favorite recent news story, Kris Jenner, matriarch and momager of the Kardashian Klan, had her Instagram account hacked. So, what did the sneaky hacker post? Were they a string of well-crafted witty parody posts, which saw ‘Kris’ acknowledge her reputation as a bit of a hard ass who will do anything to make her daughters famous? Errr, sort of, apart from the clever, well-crafted bit.

One of the posts read: “So this happened today. Shout out to all my followers. I don’t like Kanye West. I just pretend I do so my daughters can make a profit. I can’t stand Kanye and I hate Karim…that’s French Montana. Anywho the first to #IhateKanye will get a follow.”

Jessica Alba refuses to go fully nude.

Even though the 33 year-old reprises her role as stripper Nancy Callahan in the hotly anticipated sequel 'Sin City: A Dame To Kill For', audiences will not see her bare all.

This is due to a no-nudity clause Alba adds to her contract when signing on to star in a movie.

Anna Karenina star Keira Knightley showed up to Chanel’s runway show at Paris Fashion Week wearing a Karl Lagerfield design, which appears to be the designer’s modern take on the classic Chanel suit, most famously worn by Jackie Kennedy. Rarely does one outfit cause so much hubbub, particularly one which, at the end of the day, really is just a dress suit. It’s not like this particular one was made entirely out of raw meat, as if anybody would ever wear anything like that...

The top of the suit was cropped to reveal a black panel between the top and the matching full midi-length skirt. The dress is one of Lagerfeld’s “illusion” designs, the dark panel covering Knightley’s midriff designed to create the appearance of a narrower torso by cinching in the waist. The problem lies with the fact that Keira’s frame is so naturally slight to begin with. Knightley is hardly a woman that benefits from her body being made to look any slimmer than it is, the effect being that the “illusion” concept behind the dress backfired. Instead, Keira was criticised for looking underweight and unhealthy in the dress and labeled a bad role model for young women in an age when they look to celebrities to define healthy body image.

Machete Cortez is back, and this time he's got the President of the United States for a boss as he embarks on his most outrageous and dangerous adventure yet. In the sequel to 2010's Machete, Robert Rodriguez and Danny Trejo are both back as director and star respectively, in a film that has plenty to offer if you're up for a B-movie spectacle. It not, you should probably heed the words of warning from most critics, and avoid Machete Kills at all costs. Just go see Gravity or Captain Phillips this weekend instead.

The most badass killer every known (in this movie universe at least), Machete has teamed up with the President of the USA (played by Charlie Sheen, who adopted his birth name, Carlos Estévez, for the credits) to stop a plot from anarchist mentalist named Mendez (Demian Bichir) to destroy Washington D.C. with a nuclear bomb.

Mackenzie Rosman, the actress who played Ruthie Camden on The WB's family drama 7th Heaven, has shocked many with her brazen photographs for Maxim. The 23-year-old posed for the magazine's September issue in lingerie and the pictures have already been leaked online. The photographs were taken in March as Rosman confirmed with a Tweet, dating from 28th March, which reads: "I caved. Just wrapped a Maxim photoshoot".

This is not the first time the actress has appeared online scantily clad. In 2008, Rosman was the centre of a scandal when images of the actress in her underwear and kissing another female were leaked online. These images were candid and evidently the result of Rosman's typical teenage antics having been caught on film.

Kate Middleton has made her last appearance performing Royal Duties before the birth of her child, due next month.

The wife of Prince William visited Southampton yesterday (13 June 2013) in order to christen the cruise ship, the 'Royal Princess', named for the soon-to-be mother. She is the ship's godmother, a tradition dating from the 18th century, this is an honorary role reserved for important and deserving women. 

Middleton was honoured by Alan Buckelew, President and Chief Executive Officer of the cruise company, describing her as 'an inspiring ambassador for Britain' who 'is admired around the world for her style and grace, and for her compassion for others', in a speech reported by The Huffington Post.

Ben Affleck was awarded with the Spike’s Tv ‘Guy of the Year Award’ on Saturday (aired last night). The ceremony took place in Culver City, California. Affleck was presented his antler shaped (nicknamed ‘mantler’) award by fellow Oscar winning actor and director, Clint Eastwood. This is one of many awards; Affleck has received this year including an Oscar for his film Argo.

The Awards were first held in 2007 and previous winners have included Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Mickey Rourke, Maek Wahlberg and Matt Damon. As you’d expect, the awards are hardly female friendly (there is an award named the ‘holy grail of hot’) yet many turned out for the event including Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Alba.

The awards are hardly on par with the Oscars or a Golden Globes – there was a category in 2012 for ‘Hottest Zo(o)e(y)’. The nominations for this particular award were somewhat limited. However, the award’s lack of prestige did not prevent Affleck celebrating backstage with Snoop Dogg, Vince Vaughn and Jimmy Kimmel.

Jessica Alba recently opened up about her unusual method to bounce back from her pregnancy weight gain. Typically, you’d expect the standard advice – a little exercize, a little diet, lots of water – but Alba was honest about her weight loss regimen. In an interview with Net-A-Porter magazine, she revealed that she had to wear a double girdle, day and night after the baby in order to get her toned physique back: "I wore a double corset day and night for three months," she said. "It was sweaty, but worth it."

She also said the intense method is "not for everyone." It certainly sounds brutal. Well, if you’ve ever wanted a body like Alba’s, now you know the secret. We’re pretty sure most health care professionals would advise against it though. In the interview, the actress also opened up about more personal topics – her new approach to acting and to life was one of them.

The “Sin City” star’s outlook has changed signifigantly since she became a mom: "My approach to acting now is different -- I'm fearless because I have nothing to lose," Alba said. "Before [children] my identity was wrapped up in every decision. Now, I don't care. It could be a pile of s--- and you could think it was the worst thing you ever saw, but I still had the best experience."

The stars lined up in Los Angeles as the first major animation film of the year celebrated its premiere at the weekend (February 2, 2013). Escape From Planet Earth has been produced by Rainmaker Entertainment - so far mainly famous in the film world for its rather dubious Barbie movies. However, this looks like a different story for Rainmaker, with an impressive cast including Brendan Fraser, Jessica Alba, Rob Corddry and Sarah Jessica Parker assembled to voiceover their tale of alien space combat.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have somewhat surprisingly turned down a multi-million dollar tabloid deal for their baby photos. According to TMZ.com, the high profile couple - who recently announced they are expecting their first child together - rejected a $3 million offer from an overseas publication.

Sources say the couple have been flooded with lucrative deals from the major magazines eager to slap the little Kardashian baby on their front covers. People magazine, US Weekly and the like are all thought to be involved, though insiders say the couple have absolutely no plans to sell baby pictures to anyone. As public demand increases, the couple may reconsider and it certainly seems unlikely that Kim Kardashian - a woman famous for being famous - would turn down millions of dollars to appear on the cover of the world's most read magazines. 

It's become the norm in Hollywood to cash in on baby photos, with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reportedly taking $14 million for snaps of their twins in 2008. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony accepted $6 million for their twins, while Matthew McConaughey bagged $3 million for pictures of his son. Christina Aguilera and Jessica Alba are others to have netted huge sums.

On the same day that the NRA calls for there to be armed guards at all schools, celebrities have come together to film a campaign video for 'Demand a Plan', which asks the government to do just that- come up with a plan to tackle the national epidemic of gun violence. The plan that the NRA offers is definitely not the answer that these celebs are after.

As stars, including Beyonce, Jamie Foxx, Jessica Alba, Reese Witherspoon, Will Ferrell, Zooey Deschanel and John Legend, among many more, speak the names of cities, and the names of places, they also ask their core question: How many more? Fundamentally, there can't be any more, enough is enough. And this is precisely why they are demanding a plan. Gossip websites reacted with shock today when Hollywood star Katie Holmes was spotted getting from A to B on the New York underground.

'What?!' I hear you cry over the din of several thousand jaws hitting the ground in horror. Yep, the one and only Katie Holmes from 'Dawson's Creek' was forced to go incognito as she braved the busy method of public transport in a plain cream sweater, blue jeans and sunglasses.

Okay, so it's not exactly breaking news, nor is it really a scandal. Though it does make one speculate about how much was left to Holmes following her spectacular divorce from movie legend Tom Cruise; using public transport either suggests she's broke and can't afford a chauffeur, or that she's becoming super eco-friendly. or that it's probably quicker to get around the city on a train than in a car on those busy streets. Either way, it's a great normalization of celebrities as she becomes the latest in a string of stars to take to the subway. Jake Gyllenhaal, Jay Z, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Hugh Jackman, Lindsay Lohan and Bradley Cooper have all been seen on the Non-Celebrity Express which kind of suggests that the underground locomotive is the new stretched limo.
