Jessica Alba's diet helps her to live life to ''its fullest''.

The 'Sin City' actress has revealed eating right and exercising is vital to her wellbeing because it gives her the energy she needs to make the most out of every day.

She said: ''I want to know how to live a bountiful, full life and still get sleep! I find that being active and eating right gives me more energy to live life to its fullest. I also think maintaining a sense of curiosity always keeps life interesting.''

The brunette beauty, who founded The Honest Company in 2011, has also designed a specialised nursing scarf to be both practical and stylish for fashion conscious new mothers.

Jessica - who has Honor, six, and Haven, three, with her husband Cash Warren - told InStyle magazine: ''It's no secret that I love scarves. I wanted to create an Honest Nursing Scarf that looked cool enough to work with a modern woman's wardrobe so she could wear it whenever she wanted.
