Jet Li's former stunt double Ju Kun is presumed dead as officials have ruled the missing Malaysia Airlines plane crashed into the Indian Ocean, killing everyone on board.

Flight Mh370 disappeared on a flight from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Beijing, China on 8 March (14) sparking a global hunt to discover the fate of the missing aircraft and its 239 passengers and crew.

Kun, who was identified as being among the passengers, was flying home after working at Pinewood Studios in Malaysia and was about to begin work on Netflix series Marco Polo.

Following the discovery of several objects thought to be debris from the plane and new analysis by Britain's Air Accidents Investigation Branch and British satellite telecommunications company Inmarsat, officials announced on Monday (24Mar14) that the plane crashed in the southern Indian Ocean, killing everyone on board.

The cause of the crash remains unknown.
