Watch Jimmy Fallon Sing 'Barbara Ann' With Five Waxwork Jimmy Fallons

Jimmy Fallon Beach Boys

On Thursday night’s edition of ‘The Tonight Show’, host Jimmy Fallon unveiled what has got to be the creepiest of all the creepy duets. In the pre taped skit, Jimmy and five (yes five!) identical Jimmy Fallon waxworks give a hilarious, if yet totally disturbing rendition of the Beach Boy’s 1965 classic ‘Barbara Ann’.

Jimmy FallonThat's a lot of Jimmy Fallons

The skit begins with Jimmy answering a call from his mom as The Beach Boy’s classic plays as his ringtone. "Hey Mom!" the host says. "They just dropped off my wax figures from Madame Tussauds. It's amazing. The details, everything, it looks just like me.”

Will Ferrell Dresses As Little Debbie For 'Tonight Show' Appearance Promoting 'Get Hard'

Will Ferrell Kevin Hart Jimmy Fallon

You'd be forgiven for being a little confused by Will Ferrell’s appearance on last night’s edition of ‘The Tonight Show’, after all host Jimmy Fallon also seemed pretty perplexed by the comedian’s choice of costume. Ferrell appeared on Fallon's sofa dressed as Little Debbie's snack cakes mascot, Little Debbie and refused to break character during his interview, which was meant to be promoting new movie Get Hard.

Will FerrellWill Ferrell looked slightly different on last night's edition of 'The Tonight Show'

Wearing a blue check dress, a white apron, black patent shoes, white ruffle socks and with a curly brown wig under his straw hat, Ferrell gave no real explanation for his choice of attire, as host Fallon looked on baffled.

Christina Aguilera Wows Jimmy Fallon With Spot On Britney Spears Impression

Christina Aguilera Britney Spears Jimmy Fallon

Christina Aguilera might be about to make her return as a judge on NBC singing competition ‘The Voice’, but the pop diva proved she has more than a few ‘voices’ in her repertoire, when she appeared on Monday's edition of ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon'. The host challenged Xtina to a game of ‘Wheel of Musical Impressions’ while on his sofa, but Fallon probably wasn’t expecting his guest to be such an expert mimic.

Christina AguileraChristina Aguilera could have fooled us with her Britney impression.

Aguilera was first challenged to sing the "Folgers Coffee" jingle in the style of her Burlesque co-star Cher, which she managed perfectly. Then Fallon’s turn came, where he delivered a pretty impressive impression of David Bowie, if he were to sing ‘You're a Grand Old Flag’.

Fallon gets a decent amount of appreciation for his crazy outfit combination and startlingly long hair as he reminisces about his high school days, and goes into a scene set-up of Bayside High. However, a particularly prolonged applause went to Mark-Paul Gosselaar (Zack Morris) as he made an appearance complete with wavy blonde hair and looking almost indistinguishable from his younger self some 25 years ago, proceeding to reel off the lyrics from the famous theme tune.

Then if the Patriots lost, Evans would have to pay a visit to a Seattle children's hospital dressed as Captain America.

Awkward! Nicole Kidman Recalls Disastrous Date With Jimmy Fallon While On 'The Tonight Show'

Nicole Kidman Jimmy Fallon

First dates are usually pretty awkward, but one way to make them a little worse is to not even tell one of the participants that they're meant to be one a date! That’s kind of what happened when Nicole Kidman went round to Jimmy Fallon’s place over a decade ago, thinking she was on a date with the comedian. Instead it all meant for a hilariously awkward encounter that the actress would later recall while appearing on the ‘Tonight Show’.

Nicole KidmanJimmy Fallon appeared to be just not that into Nicole Kidman during their date.

Kidman was sitting on Fallon’s TV sofa to promote her latest movie Paddington, when the topic of conversation turned to the pair’s first and only prior meeting. Kidman encouraged the talk show host to tell his version of the encounter first, where he thought the actress was coming over to discuss a potential movie role.

Jimmy Fallon & Tom Cruise Play 'Face-Breakers' On Tonight Show - Smashing Good Fun?

Tom Cruise Jimmy Fallon

"So we'll be throwing footballs at that wall of glass with our faces on it," are words any average person would never think they would say. But not if you're Jimmy Fallon who challenged Tom Cruise, during his Thursday (5th June) night show, to a game of "Face-Breakers".

Tom Cruise
Tom Cruise played 'Face-Breakers' with Jimmy Fallon on the Tonight Show.

A large glass panel was erected in Fallon's Tonight Show studio with separate panels designated for either Cruise or Fallon. The aim of the game was to take turns throwing an American football at the opposing player's face. However, if the air horn sounded it signified a speed round and it was considered, for the duration, a free-for-all. The first person to smash all the glass pieces with his opponent's face on them would be considered the winner.

Is Seth Meyers The Right Man For This Year's Emmy Awards?

Seth Meyers Jimmy Fallon David Letterman Conan O'Brien Neil Patrick Harris Jimmy Kimmel

Seth Meyers has been announced as the host of the 2015 Emmy awards this August. This caps off a great year for Meyers, who recently went from head writer for SNL and host of the show’s recurring Weekend Update segment to hosting his own late night show. Meyers took over NBC’s Late Night from Jimmy Fallon, after Fallon moved on to Tonight in the place of Jay Leno. It was a bit like a game of musical chairs over at NBC, but the white male hosts all managed to come out on top.

Seth Meyers
Seth Meyers is having a very successful year.

The Television academy confirmed Meyers’ appointment on Thursday, in keeping with the tradition of picking the host from the pool at the network, broadcasting the Emmys – in this case, NBC. The network will air the event, arguably the biggest night in television, on Monday, August 25. This schedule means that the Emmys take place in the last week before the new fall television season begins each year. The Emmy ceremony is typically broadcast on a Sunday, but this year, being broadcast on NBC, the Emmys would interfere with the NFL's “Sunday Night Football,” and so the Emmys are being moved to the next available date.

It had to happen. We all knew Fallon and Timberlake’s “History of Rap” had to be a thing on the Tonight Show and now it is! So when Fallon went his entire first week on Tonight without doing another round, viewers were getting nervous.

That is until the very end of Fallon’s first week on Tonight. Anticipation was in the air as soon as the new Tonight host introduced Timberlake as his guest. At one point in their chat, the two just went silent, gave the audience and the cameras a couple of meaningful looks and launched into… there really is no way to describe what happened afterwards, if you haven’t seen Fallon and Timberlake at it before. Jimmy Fallon Jay Leno Johnny Carson Steve Allen

Jimmy Fallon. The Tonight Show. New York. These three things sound like a great combination, but we won’t know for sure until Fallon actually takes over from Jay Leno this Monday. At T minus one day to go to the big premiere, the host has been doing the obligatory press rounds, including a guest article on the New York Daily News, in the style of his thank you cards, which became a staple of The Late Show (Fallon's previous home).

Jimmy Fallon, Macy's Thanksgiving Parade
Fallon is a New Yorker, through and through and that will mean some changes for the show.

In the heartfelt open letter, Fallon pays tribute to the masters. He thanks the previous hosts of The Tonight Show - Johnny Carson, Steve Allen, Jack Paar, Conan O’Brien, Jay Leno – not forgetting stars of late night television from other shows – like David Letterman, Ernie Kovacs and SNL’s Lorne Michaels. And he does have a lot to be thankful for – after all, Fallon’s career found its roots in his early days at SNL.

Plot Twist: Seth Meyers Taps Former "SNL" Co-Star Fred Armisen To Lead "Late Night" Band

Fred Armisen Seth Meyers Jimmy Fallon

NBC stars definitely like to keep it in the family. So when it came time for Seth Meyers to pick someone to lead the band on his newly acquired show Late Night (previously hosted by Jimmy Fallon, who has moved on to The Tonight Show), Meyers picked a familiar face. According to TV Guide, he tapped former SNL co-star Fred Armisen, who has plenty of musical experience alongside his comedy work.

Fred ArmisenSeth Meyers, Ed Sullivan Theater
Armisen obviously has the experience Meyers needs, just look at this picture of him holding a guiter.

Before going into comedy, Armisen played drums in the punk rock band Trenchmouth and in the Blue Man group back in the 1990s. He also often played musical instruments during sketches on SNL. Armisen, who left SNL last year, is currently starring in and executive producing his IFC comedy series Portlandia, alongside co-star and co-creator Carrie Brownstein. However, Meyers mentioned this in the announcement and it sounds like the comedian’s new commitment won’t interfere with his Portlandia duties (thankfully).

That night will feature a couple of seasoned Tonight Show vets – Charles Barkley will make it his 23rd Tonight appearance, and Lyle Lovett will perform on the show for the 17th time. Sounds like nostalgia will rule the night.

Jimmy Fallon Resumes 60 Years Of Tradition In Trailer For 'The Tonight Show' [Watch]

Jimmy Fallon Jay Leno Seth Meyers Conan O'Brien

Jimmy Fallon's reign as host of Late Night has come to a timely finish and after the comic aired the compilation special The Best of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on Sunday, 5 December, night it was very much the beginning of the end. Not to worry though, as the final bow from Fallon on the Late Show came with a friendly reminder that Fallon will be back in even bigger shoes to walk in very soon.

Jimmy Fallon
Fallon seems like the best man for the job

As the trailer (watch below) points out, Fallon is moving on to continue 60 years of television tradition when he replaces Jay Leno as host of The Tonight Show next month, and the trailer doesn't toy around with how important the gig is for Fallon. Featuring clips of every Tonight Show host to fall before him, from Jack Paar, Carnac the Magnificent (and Johnny Carson in normal attire), a very young Jay Leno, Steve Allen and even Conan O'Brien, the emphasis on what Fallon faces isn't sugarcoated. After all, we don't want another Conan-fiasco again do we?

The Saturday Night Live Promos With Jimmy Fallon Are Here! Time To Be Excited

Jimmy Fallon Justin Timberlake Kenan Thompson Kate McKinnon

Are you counting down the days until Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake host/guest on Saturday Night Live? Of course you are. We all are. Only three days left. Despite Fallon being an SNL alumn himself, he wasn’t spared from having to brave the NY cold and record some promos for the Dec 21 event alongside Kenan Thompson and Kate McKinnon. And we’re glad for that, because, predictably, Fallon’s promos are pretty hilarious.

Brace yourselves, the SNL show you didn't even know you needed is almost here.

And, uh, we hate to break it to you... but JT won’t be there, because of a cancelled flight. Nah, of course he’ll be there, but they did give us a start with that particular joke. Though Fallon and Thompson would be forgiven, since they were apparently forced to stand in the snow (or pigeon droppings, as Jimmy joked in true NY style) for hours to film those promos.

"It wasn’t really a secret, but my wife and I had been trying for awhile to have a baby. We’ve tried a bunch of different things, so we had a surrogate,” he said in his interview. Having faced pregnancy troubles in the past, Fallon also said that the pair wanted to keep the birth to themselves and close friends and family, wanting to keep the pregnancy to themselves, until they felt ready to share the good news. He continued, “This time we just said we’re not going to tell anybody, it’d be just more fun if it’s just private between me and my wife and then we get to introduce her to everybody.”

Jimmy Fallon's Toy Instrument Cover Firmly Cements "Blurred Lines" Into The Collective Consciousness

Robin Thicke Jimmy Fallon

Love it or hate it, Blurred Lines is definitely the catchiest summer tune that’s come out in a while – and yet Fallon managed to make it catchier. Robin Thicke is the just the latest artist, whose music has received the Fallon treatment. The Fallon treatment in this case being a cover by Jimmy Fallon and the Roots, using kiddie instruments.

Last year it was Carly Rae Jepsen’s Call Me Maybe (we may or may not still hum that one in private), but seeing grown men play metal blocks, metal spoons, a tiny xylophone and… some sort of musical banana thing really never gets old. Sidenote: the name of that toy is still a mystery, so let’s go with “shaky banana” for the time being. Oh and Black Thought rapping into a colorful maraca? Priceless.

Kings Of Leon have released 'Supersoaker,' the first single from their forthcoming album Mechanical Bull. The soulful effort features the band's signature anthemic guitar bursts and Caleb Followill's scowling vocals. All in all, it's pretty standard fare from the Nashville four-piece and it suggests more of the same for the band's sixth LP.

Is Chris Christie's Appearance On 'The Michael J. Fox Show' An Election Ploy?

Michael J Fox The Roots Jimmy Fallon

New Jersey governor Chris Christie is to appear on Michael J Fox's eponymous new sitcom, following his numerous late-night TV appearances, including Saturday Night Live. Christie's office confirmed reports that the Republican politician will make a cameo on an episode sometime this fall, though NBC is yet to announce the air date of the episode, according to Zap2it.com.

The Michael J. Fox Show is an anticipated sitcom set for later this year on which the legendary actor plays a sports-caster with Parkinson's disease who returns to work. Clearly, the show is partly based on Fox's real-life.

There is no word yet on what Christie will do on the show as himself, though seen as though he's running for second term as governor on November 5, it may well have a political aspect to it. There's been plenty of buzz about The Michael J. Fox Show and should it pass the critical test, it should be a stroke of genius for Christie and his team - in terms of a re-election.
