Jimmy Fallon has already revealed the first guests for his February 17th debut show, and says it is "surreal and an honor" to take over from Jay Leno.
Jimmy Fallon will be taking over the hosting duties of 'The Tonight Show', on February 17th, from Jay Leno who has been the show's host for the past twenty years. The 39 year-old already revealed his first guests for his debut show, this past Sunday (Jan 19th), during his winter Television Critics Association press tour segment.

Will Smith will be the first to be interviewed by Fallon to discuss the upcoming Warner Bros. rom-com 'Focus'.
Rock band U2, who are nominated for the 'Best Original Song' Oscar for 'Ordinary Love' from 'Mandela: A Long Walk to Freedom', will be the musical guests.
The former SNL cast member also discussed the transition of taking over from Leno, and making sure the process is smooth, unlike Conan O'Brien's attempt in 2009.
"After the whole Conan-Jay thing went down, I called up Jay and said, 'I'm not gunning for your position at all, I'm happy at 12:37 a.m. I'm here, in New York, trying to have a baby,'" Fallon said (via USA Today).
Adding, "He goes, 'Yeah, I appreciate that.' And I said, 'When you decide to step down, let's try it the right way. We talk to each other every couple of weeks, always giving me advice, even up to now, and he called me and said, 'I think it's going to be the year.'"
Jimmy will become the sixth host in the show's 60-year history and take over Leno, 63, who succeeded the legendary Johnny Carson in 1992. Fallon says it is "surreal and an honor" to work in Carson's old studio, adding, "you can feel the vibes."
