Comedian Joan Rivers and her daughter Melissa Rivers are introduced as honourees at the Gray Line New York event which saw them get inducted into their Ride of Fame campaign. The women hold a pair of ceremony scissors and pose for the photographers before snipping a ribbon in front of a large bus with a veil on the front.
Joan then cuts a lock of her own hair before before tearing out what one hopes is an extension which her daughter subsequently pretends to snip as Joan holds it back up to her head. After unveiling an advertisement for their show on the front of the bus, they are requested to pose again. Joan jokes that the paparazzi should go away. 'All of you disappear! Look there's Justin Bieber', she says.
