French rocker Johnny Hallyday has been rushed to hospital suffering with a heart problem.
The musician was flown by helicopter to a hospital in Pointe-a-Pitre on the French Caribbean island of Guadeloupe from neighbouring island of Saint Barthelemy on Saturday (25Aug12), according to France's Tf1 Tv channel.
The singer, who was on holiday, suffered an unusually fast heartbeat and was receiving treatment in intensive care as WENN went to press.
Hallyday fell gravely ill and checked into hospital several times in 2009 after a back operation in Paris, France left him in a critical condition. Last year (11) he took legal action against a surgeon to determine whether the initial procedure was botched.
