Funnyman Jon Lovitz has settled a breach of contract lawsuit from bosses at the Los Angeles Dodgers, who alleged he failed to pay for three premium seats he purchased.
The Stepford Wives star reportedly reserved three 'Dugout Club' seats two years ago for upcoming seasons, but executives at Dodgers Stadium claim the star fell behind with his payments.
They filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court last month (May10), revealing they cancelled Lovitz's seats in April (10) because of non-payment for the current season.
Lovitz allegedly owed $95,400 (£63,600), but the case has now been resolved - representatives for the team revealed on Friday (04Jun10) that it was settled "very quickly, very amicably, and to the satisfaction of both parties".
The reps also noted that Lovitz is welcome back to the venue whenever he wishes.
No further details of the settlement have been released.
