Donald Trump was absolutely thrown down by Jon Stewart during his comedy session at the Stand Up for Heroes benefit yesterday. The comedian addressed everything from his remarks to Billy Bush in that leaked recording, to his bitter Twitter feud with the Republican presidential candidate three years ago.

'The Daily Show' host took to the stage at the 10th annual benefit in New York City last night (November 1st 2016) and wasted no time in ripping the potential new president to pieces. He spoke about the scandal Trump was recently involved in, where a recording of him in conversation with Access Hollywood's Billy Bush was released featuring Trump using profane and derogatory remarks about woman - remarks that Trump later dismissed as 'locker room banter'.

'I played soccer; we do say terrible things', Jon Stewart confessed. 'But when people cross a certain line... 'Yeah, I'm gonna hold her down and f**k her when she doesn't want it'... Hold on one second, we're all being disgusting, but I'm pretty sure that's a crime.'

'I thought when a guy comes off a bus and is like, 'I'm gonna grab her in the p***y', the election was over!' He continued. 'Usually that is the signifier that we don't have to pay attention anymore.'

He also commented on the Tweets sent between he and Donald Trump in 2013, suggesting that there was something anti-Semitic about what he was trying to say. 'If Jon Stewart is so above it all and legit, why did he change his name from Jonathan Leibowitz? He should be proud of his heritage', Trump wrote at the time. 'Jon Stewart is a total phoney, he should cherish his past not run from it.'

'Oh, I think this guy is trying to let people know I'm a Jew', Stewart joked. 'Doesn't my face already do that? I could be on the poster for Yentl!' Of courses, you might remember that his response was to dub Trump 'F*ckface Von Clownstick', a phrase that turned into a meme and quickly went viral. Trump did less than rise above it, however, and proceded to call the comedian a 'p***y'.

Stewart ended his tirade by urging people to vote wisely on November 8th 2016.
