Roman and Maru are two troubled teenagers, through their lives are comfortable, neither are happy with the expectations laid on them. When the two free spirits meet, they decide to run away together and revolt against the pressures bestowed upon them.
As their friendship grows stronger, a new intimacy in their friendship develops; this both unites and confuses the pair. Even though the chances of being caught by the police is high, Maru and Roman endeavour to expand their newly found paradise but this quickly means they must return to reality where actions have consequences.
