Julia Roberts has finally opened up about the death of her half-sister Nancy Motes.
The 46 year-old actress' family was hit with the tragic news that Nancy was found dead in the bathtub of her apartment on February 9th.
"It's just heart-breaking," an emotional Roberts told Wall Street Journal magazine.
The 37 year-old is suspected to have died from an apparent drug overdose.
Prior to passing away, Nancy posted several tweets that implied herself and Roberts were not on speaking terms, and referred back to her youth when the 'August: Osage County' actress allegedly made fun of her weight.
The interview, which was conducted on March 1st, was only weeks after Nancy's death and at that time Roberts expressed difficulty in processing the loss. "It's only been 20 days," Roberts told the magazine at the time.
"There aren't words to explain what any of us have been through in these last 20 days . It's hour by hour some days, but you just keep looking ahead."
"So my 'sister' said that with all her friends & fans she doesn't need anymore love. Just so you all know 'America's Sweetheart' is a B--H!!'" Nancy tweeted this January.
Later adding, "Do you want to be a fan of someone so cruel? She's not even that good of an actress. Happy you totally F-ed with me?"
In the magazine interview Roberts did not discuss the alleged suicide note her half-sister left, in which she slammed the Hollywood star.

"You don't want anything bad to happen to anyone, but there are so many tragic, painful, inexplicable things in the world. But [as with] any situation of challenge and despair, we must find a way, as a family," she said. "It's so hard to formulate a sentence about it outside the weepy huddle of my family."
