Julianne Hough is eager to splash out on a new home.

The 'Safe Haven' actress, who is dating Oscar-winning director Ari Sandel - was spotted house hunting with her real estate agent in the trendy Los Feliz area of Los Angeles on Friday (04.10.13).

The 25-year-old actress, who previously lived with her ex-boyfriend Ryan Seacrest, whom she split from in April after almost four years together, viewed a number of properties, according to JustJared.com, but it not yet known if she found her dream home.

It was previously rumoured that the 'American Idol' host had purchased the blonde beauty a $3 million home as a parting gift after they split, as she had sold her home in Nashville, Tennessee, to move in to his LA mansion, but she strongly denied the reports at the time.

Meanwhile, Julianne is set to make a guest appearance on 'Dancing With the Stars' next week as a judge.

The former professional dancer, who starred on the series for four years, has agreed to fill in on the show's judging panel.

Julianne's older brother Derek Hough, who recently won an Emmy Award for his choreography, is currently appearing on the reality show with 'Glee' star Amber Riley.
