Bosses at Bravado International Group Merchandising Services have filed a lawsuit against the executive of clothes store Joyrich for allegedly selling and advertising unauthorised products such as shirts, socks and backpacks bearing images or trademarks belonging to the musicians, as well as rapper Drake and the Rolling Stones.
Bosses of Bravado, which makes official merchandise for the stars, want unspecified damages from Joyrich and an injunction stopping the manufacture and distribution of the unofficial products.
