If you’ve been missing your daily dose of Bieber shenanigans, this should be right up your alley – the 19-year-old pop star is being sued by a photographer for stealing the memory card from his camera. Except it wasn’t even a photographer, just a regular guy trying to snap a pic of the Biebs. Well, technically, Justin and his bodyguard are both being sued, since the Boyfriend singer obviously wouldn’t stoop so low as to deal with the amateur paparazzo himself.

TMZ reports that the man in question - Jeffrey Binion — claims Bieber, 19, instructed his bodyguard to attack him and take the equipment. According to his testimony, the guard also threatened him with a gun, should he refuse. Like any sane human in that same situation would do, Binion called the police, but by the time the cops arrived, Bieber and co. were long gone. They didn’t exactly get off the hook though and are now being charged with misdemeanor battery.

This story might have been made easier to stomach by the knowledge that this was Justin’s first offence of this kind. Sadly, no such luck. Besides the rowdy teenager's other incidents, Bieber has been involved in several such altercations this week alone – once reportedly even instructing his guard to steal the would-be photographer’s camera.
