According to the police report, Justin was arrested soon after leaving SET nightclub in Miami when he was spotted driving his yellow Lamborghini through a residentially area. Police pulled him after catching him driving between 55 and 60 MPH in a 30 MPH zone, on a street that had been deliberately been blocked off so he and rapper Khalil could race. Khalil was driving a red Ferrari and was also arrested for drag racing, although it is unknown whether he was under the influence too.

Justin wasn't in the car at the time of the arrest either, he was joined by model Chantel Jeffries, who sat in the passenger seat when Justin was pulled. No word on what charges she face, if any. We wonder what Selena Gomez will have to say about this...

The police report goes on to state that Justin was restless from the start of his police encounter, being quoted with saying "Why the f**k are you doing this?" and "What the f**k did I do. Why did you stop me?" when he was initially pulled. He continued to patronise the police officers, who claimed that he smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes upon his arrest. He then apparently yelled "I ain't got no f**king weapons, why do you have to search me? What the f**k is this about?" to the officer who was performing a routine pat down on the singer.

He was eventually charged for resisting arrest after police ordered him to get out of his car, with the singer continuall going into his pockets as he left the vehicle. After being ordered to put his hands on the vehicle, Justin first complied but soon started fidgeting and swearing at the cop again. The officer then grabbed his arm and put him against the car again, to which Justin yelled, "What the f**k are you doing?"

Justin was then arrested and released before the day was over. So, congratulations we guess Justin, it seems like you finally have your wish. We hope it was worth it...
